Interesting. Ive been driving to work and back (70 miles round trip) for the last couple of days and I have tried to program the injectors as instructions twice in the evenings as well.

I had a similar experience after blanking the EGR and having it papped out,the Inlet Air Temp now sits at -40C....YIKES !,However,it appears that the map deliberately uses the lowest possible temperature available to keep the ECU happy. It does'nt effect the driving so ...fingers crossed !!

Cant think of any PSA vehicle with negative operated exterior lamps.
What are you using to check the power at the lamp? i would use another filament (not LED) bulb to check. This should be very simple to identify so im not sure what you are doing wrong?

The car was my Dad's, and upon further investigation it was decided that it was an uneconomical repair as he couldn't do the work himself, so he sold it on to a chap who had the time and skill to fix it for himself.

I had this problem with min C5 when I changed the front springs but if you are only changing the drop link you can pull it out half way and put something of a similar diameter in the other end to stop the bottom link moving out, when refitting do the reverse so there is always something holding the bottom wishbone in position.

I hadn't thought about timing the pump, would it not be via the pulley and pump bracket as normal? And if the DW8 pump bracket doesn't have the mark, could it not be added or swapped from the XUD one as reference?

It probably needs adjusting, so I would ask them to look at it when you next have it serviced at Peugeot. I'm not sure how old your vehicle is as you didn't mention it, but if it's still under 3 years old then they should sort this for you for no charge.

Hi Anndy, For your car is the Eolys Powerflex additive with a blue sticker and cap. To reset the additive level in the pump and reset the counter in the engine ECU, you will need a Lexia - Diagbox.

Not to worry, I figured it out. It was old and stuck but, the seat angle adjustment is done by pushing the lever toward the rear which releases the seat to spring forward. With a bit of wiggling the seat it came free and I was able to adjust it. Having always owned older cars I'm cautious with applying force and prefer to take my time....

Sounds like something has gone wrong with the belt so the battery wont be getting charged.

Check all the fuses not just the ones you were working on. Remember under bonnet ones too.

That may be a ghost fault - which can occur when the diagnostic tool interrogates the ECU when the car is not moving. But double check after you have eliminated the ABS Sensor issue.
