2017 DS5 radio issues

by Neilm2464 » 21 May 2026, 12:53

First post

Hello, ok this is driving me insane, I have a 2017 DS5 1.6 Diesel auto. The problem i have, the radio has stopped working, no sound, no station selection. That's just the start, the unit loads up, no radio mind you, as i drive it switches off, then reboots, I get a tone but the same result. The unit will do this for 30 mins and then a blue screen...

Last post

Possibly the radio needs replacing. Our 308 touchscreen stopped working, just giving the Peugeot logo and that needed a new radio to fix it.

TomTom Traffic does not work

Hello everyone,

Is there a way, and in what manner, to activate the following items in Arduino or in the Psa Arduino NAC.exe tool? I performed a wave2 to wave4 swap; everything works fine, except I don't have TomTom Traffic. I have a subscription with Stellantis and I have my privacy and location set to shared. This is because the risk zones...

Hello mickthemaverick,

Thank you very much for your reply. However, I have already performed these steps. Which is a good solution, by the way. I have since installed the latest update for the infotainment and the latest version of maps. However, my problem is that the risk zones remain greyed out, and because of this, my TomTom Traffic does not...

What size USB stick did you buy, by default Windows 11 formats anything bigger than 32gb as ntfs , not Fat32 .
See here to format bigger drives

Have you seen these instructions,

- Stop engine
Disconnect the vehicle battery

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with my Citroën C4 2023. I have an old AHW.1.23.44.4 system in my car and I can't update it.

No 12v Phantom Power from Head Unit

by pwbrooke » 18 Apr 2026, 20:11

Investigating poor reception, found no 12v being injected into antenna co-ax, meaning the active anetnna is not generating any signal to the radio. Any ideas?

Last post

Thanks Paul,
I suppose I was hoping someone would say use xxx software which reads and writes hex values to the ODB interface and command 0A reads the Infotainment config parameters and 0B writes it back - bit 23 is the turn on 12v to antenna . But I guess this would be too simple. But as it works I'm not going to do any more that could damage the...

Citroen Picasso Bluetooth.

by Jono73 » 05 Feb 2026, 22:22

First post

Just bought my son a 2013 Citroen C3 Picasso. The radio reception is pretty poor, (Only a couple of crackly stations), and have bought a seperate windscreen based antennae, not yet fitted. It does not have Bluetooth, which would be good to add. I've been looking at Bluetooth adaptors that plug into the cigarette lighter. Anyone had any experience...

Last post

Have a look in the glove box (I think), you may be lucky and see a usb socket, that is connected to the back of the radio. If so, get a Android Auto adapter <£5.

But, depending on radio, one could be added, but will probably need coding, but that could be expensive if going to a main dealer. Anyone with diagbox can do it.

Peugeot 2008 - black display - 2024r

by Mlody010 » 29 Jan 2026, 12:47

First post

Hi. I'm looking for help. Peugeot 2008, 2024. Black display, starts up once a week. Disconnecting the battery for 1 minute helps. Has anyone else had this problem?

Last post

At less than 2 years old any faults should be covered by the warranty so you should get your dealer to sort it. If you try yourself it may invalidate the warranty.

Our 2019 308 screen last year would only show the Peugeot logo and it needed a new radio to fix it. Rather expensive at £1300 for the parts and about £200 labour.

Philips HiFi- need advice

Hi,

Hoping someone on here has experienced similar and has found a solution.
My C5 has the Philips HiFi option, which seems to be working fine apart from the tweeters being very very quiet, now I thought perhaps they were all damaged but from reading other threads here it seems they are just very quiet in general.

I’ve tested the amplifier...

Last post

Just found good info from a different site-
The Philips tweeters all eventually suffer this issue, low output, due to glue not holding the diaphragm in position. Probably fixable, however the Denon Tweeters from the DS4 and DS5 are pretty much exact replacements including mounting and connector and are much more available
