French Car Forum

Hello everyone.
I managed to update my 3008 to version 44.07.33.32_NAC-r0 according to Rui's instructions. I simply downloaded the firmware from his website and generated the license file. Then I used Rufus to format the flash drive and burned the SWL and license. That worked, and now I have the latest versions. Now I just need to update the maps...

If you can post pictures of each set of connectors, someone may be able to help. Instructions for posting pictures are in the link below. Good luck :)

Too much AI slop...

The USB has been prepared with the `License`, `SWL`, and `UpdateInfo.xml` files at the root, but the NAC still gives **“Version not compatible with hardware.”**

The license folder name must be license , case sensitive.

Have you selected the right comm port for your Arduino in the Arduino-NAC software settings

Also double check the speed of the MCP2515 in the sketch the default is 16Mhz and most MCP2515 I have seen are 8Mhz

4) Center Console Pocket: 9671084277 (arrived)

no.4 the center console pocket, how much was it and where did you got it from?

This arrived for me yesterday as well, I couldn't find one last year, for a reasonable price that is. I was also searching with '7591WG'. And last week just happened to stumble upon it on RRR by accident. I paid around...

There are A1 and A2 units in both the RCC_EU_W2 (RCC Wave 2) and RCC_EU_W3/RCC_EU_W3_ECO (RCC Wave 3) systems. You have an RCC Wave 3 A1 (without Apple CarPlay/Google Android Auto and without DAB).

There are no direct swap, each unit must be coded to your car.

There are many videos on Youtube showing how to connect your phone or use the infotainment system etc. Just search 'Berlingo navigation guide' :)

I'm looking for an update file for my 2022 C4X with VIN number VR7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]. Could you help me

Given that for PSA NAC Wave 4 (P6CNS) systems map updates utilize TomTom's NDS (Navigation Data Standard) cartography, has anyone had any luck inserting' updated Tomtom maps into say the last update version 13 PSA update

Or any other map versions that can be loaded up ?

I've moved this post into an area which has a better chance of a reply.

I also split your question about headlamp bulbs into a separate question.

Hi, I was looking for this convert and got to this topic. Has anyone figure out how to convert the PSA items number starting with 16 to classic 98? for example 16 754 872 80

The one at the top left with a music mark.

The issue is there is nothing here, With my old car I could buy connected navigation on NAC.
The peugeot website is acting like the car has no gps

Hi,
I have same problem with AHW.1.23.44.4. Have you found some solution?
thx

I believe you do have to tell the BSI the new unit's code but there are far more knowlegeable members who will confirm for you. :)

Thankyou Rui, the 16.0.0-r0 is better than what I have. I'll be happy with that. Just need a 32gb usb now.

Hi, I have a Peugeot 3008 originating from Japan with a similar issue: it comes with Bosch RCC A2 (Wave 2, with firmware version 076C) but it is not showing AA feature. Cable is confirmed since Carplay works through it. So I am unsure whether it is just telecoding or a hardware limitation where only Carplay and Mirrorlink are supported but not AA....

Thanks for looking, much appreciated, and sorry for the late reply.
You've saved me buying something off eBay I don't need.
Does seem a bit odd that they're not illuminated though.
Thanks again.

As you have had the maps update I wouldn't worry about the firmware as long as everything works as you expect :)

Everything works as it should, so i may just leave it, as long as theres no important things in the update.

If only it was as simple as the C3, that didnt argue at all 😂

In order to be confident in any advice you receive it is always best to give full details of your car as the attached link explains: :)

In order to get any information at all you need to post full details of your vehicle :)

Although this is for a C5 X7 it may give you an idea for your Aircross: :)

You could just use your eyes and mirrors as I have for 55 years without hitting anything!! :-D

As I always have, until the last C5 was reassigned as bean tins.
The subsequent Civic and two Mazdas have absolutely hopeless rear vision and I generally have to rely on the paring sensors. Son reversed into a lamp post a couple of weeks ago. Just as...

any updates on this? I have the same (Berlingo 2017, no satnav) and I have no way to connect my phone nor use Android auto. Does anyone know if hardware is needed (some module or something) or just software updates? is this something I can do myself? I am a software engineer

Did this problem get resolved? :)

Thanks for your reply, I have Diagbox so plugged it into the car, selected Peugeot Traveller and it read the vin and everything fine, bar the head unit which is says is not recognised. I know Diagbox is reading the head unit as the screen will show Diagnostics in progress but it does not recognise what type of head unit it is, so I can't open the...

You don't really need the VIN to download the license, just the UIN (unique identifier number, AKA serial number) of your infotainment system is enough. I wrote about how to get that uin here:

You may get some ideas from here: :)

Hi i have the same and living also gere in Egypt:

You have 3 option :

Gps is display on car play or android auto on the main dash (the one on the left) with apple maps and waze (not google maps)
You can add egypt maps connecting the car on wifi and download egypt map to reach that:

Go on peugeot UK, put your vin number, subscribe for the 2...

Here is a very thorough guide on how to manually activate Carplay on Smeg 6.1.D.R20 (might work on other versions too). I just followed it and got my Carplay working.

Since my car already had wifi activated, I connected the car to my iPhone's hotspot and used iSH to connect through telnet. I first had to update packages in iSH and install telnet...

Maybe your issue lies withing FEC/SWAP codes?
For wireless, a 5Ghz antenna should be present, so enabling all internet options maybe does the trick?

You may be able to get it from this site: :)

You may find some ideas from this link on the Peugeot Forum:
and this may be worth investigating: :)

Done now. Firmware updated v17 maps on.

It worked until he changed the VIN

Thank you

I've been searching for that info a long time. My car has this carplay screen, however never worked with my android phone, I was guessing that could possibly exist an update, but only here I found that. Could you please check if I'm contemplated with that?
Also, would that update interfere on other things? I'm worried as I saw many errors...

Hi. Intersting topic, but do you mean the second LVDS output for the CMB (CIROCCO)? Because the other one is used for the main screen. If so, isn't it only for navigation?
I am actually trying to figure if I can send video/aps from my Android unit to the CMB, so it is the same protocol I am interested in.

Hi! I recently bought a 2022 Citroën C3 Aircross, but the touchscreen doesn't show any options for Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. I’m wondering if this feature is supported and just needs to be activated, or if my specific car model doesn’t support it at all.
My VIN is: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
I’ve tried connecting my iPhone via USB, but nothing...

I would suggest you contact the company in the link below, who may be able to advise you, good luck :)

Seems like I found out the problem. Thanks to Rick4hun from MHHAuto.
The service who repaired my display likely put bad display in my unit. They are all labeled as LLB123LT01 but have different connectors.
The older version has 10 pins on the smaller connector. Newer version has 6+3 pins on the smaller connector.

Ah now that makes sense! It's the certificates in the NEW firmware that is expired! I thought it has something to do with certificates in the installed firmware!
That is even a worse situation if PSA/Stellantis are not fixing this.
Thanks for clarifying!

Those Firmware Certs have a general lifetime of 3 years....that's a bit questionable given...

You have a NAC Wave 1 and it is possible that the certificates have expired and updating is not possible..

I picked up one of the cheaper generic adapters for wireless Android - although it works with my Wife's phone (Honor) it doesn't work with my Huawei phone, the manufacturer claims it is because Google banned Huawei - the issue is that after establishing a Bluetooth connection (required steps) the phone won't connect to the wireless network which...

Thank you very much for answers.

Regards!

Again thanks Rui. Checked the box and within seconds a list of available Wi-Fi networks were displayed including my own secure home network. So I guess I can connect accordingly in line with the owners manual guidance. At least I'm clear on the whole Wi-Fi thing now, Cheers.

So car has been to dealers for the day, they are unable to diagnose problem with the wi-fi issue and wandering sat nav and inability to precondition from the app. Told they have contacted Citroen technical for help but may take 2-3 months to get help from them. So i have been in touch with Citroen customer service direct and after having to send...
