Re-download the software, if it is corrupted it won't install.

You may want to bypass the Citroen app, download it directly to your PC, then unpack the compressed files directly onto your USB. Make sure your vehicle is running throughout the update otherwise it can brick your Head Unit if the firmware installation is interrupted....

......To install any of those versions you have to prepare the USB flash drive manually - extract the .tar update file (avoid using WinZip) to a FAT32-formatted USB flash drive .

Windows will by default format a drive bigger than 32gb as NTFS, you have to make sure it's using FAT32.

Hi, I have a Peugeot 3008 originating from Japan with a similar issue: it comes with Bosch RCC A2 (Wave 2, with firmware version 076C) but it is not showing AA feature. Cable is confirmed since Carplay works through it. So I am unsure whether it is just telecoding or a hardware limitation where only Carplay and Mirrorlink are supported but not AA....

As you have had the maps update I wouldn't worry about the firmware as long as everything works as you expect :)

You don't really need the VIN to download the license, just the UIN (unique identifier number, AKA serial number) of your infotainment system is enough. I wrote about how to get that uin here:

Gps is display on car play or android auto on the main dash (the one on the left) with apple maps and waze (not google maps)
You can add egypt maps connecting the car on wifi and download egypt map to reach that:

Maybe your issue lies withing FEC/SWAP codes?
For wireless, a 5Ghz antenna should be present, so enabling all internet options maybe does the trick?

Seems like I found out the problem. Thanks to Rick4hun from MHHAuto.
The service who repaired my display likely put bad display in my unit. They are all labeled as LLB123LT01 but have different connectors.
The older version has 10 pins on the smaller connector. Newer version has 6+3 pins on the smaller connector.

Ah now that makes sense! It's the certificates in the NEW firmware that is expired! I thought it has something to do with certificates in the installed firmware!
That is even a worse situation if PSA/Stellantis are not fixing this.

Those Firmware Certs have a general lifetime of 3 years....that's a bit questionable given...

You have a NAC Wave 1 and it is possible that the certificates have expired and updating is not possible..

Hi, I've seen a few guides on how to do this for SMEG radios. However, you need some technical skills. It's not a software issue but a hardware one. This means you need to buy a module that supports it, install it near the radio, and connect everything properly. There’s a lot of information available online… Of course, it's all at your own risk. :)
