According to Takata, the chemicals in the airbags’ explosive charge can...

Disruption to Parts Service

As you may be aware, the consolidation of the old PSA to the Stellantis Group systems has resulted in both a merge of data tools and a requirement to migrate PSA accounts to Stellantis Systems.

This has caused some problems for organisations like ours and the Team are currently looking at the best way forward. This...

Hello all, James here, from Leeds.

I look after a small delivery fleet, and half of it is Berlingo and Partner vans, the 1.5 BlueHDi ones. They have been good to us on the whole, but I'm the one who ends up dealing with whatever goes wrong, so I've been reading here for a while and it seemed rude not to join.

Hi everyone,

I'm a professional mechanic and I've been working with PSA vehicles for some time. I've decided to join the forum to exchange technical insights and deep-dive into some of the more complex electronic architecture issues we face in the shop.

I'm currently troubleshooting a tricky BSI-related fault on a Peugeot, so I’m looking forward...

Hello from Ron

Hi everyone, I’m Ron, and I’m landing here after struggling a bit to find a community that actually talks about French brands specifically, not just cars in general. Basically, I grew up with a father who worked at a dealership and always had Renaults in the driveway... so obviously, that rubbed off on me a bit, I’ll admit. But I’m not here just...

Hi Ron, welcome to the forum.

As Mick says, have a look around to see what else we can offer. We're very proud of the diversity in the Off Topic Chat Lounge and it's one of the few places where you can go off-topic with impunity!

Hi All

Just joined the forum today as I am back driving another French car (Citroen C5 Aircross). I filled in my profile and realised I had a thing for French cars (& Italian but have owned a lot fewer of those!). So far always reliable (touch wood) and good fun to drive (even if the Clio V6 did try to kill me on several occasions in the wet)....

Newcomer to C5 - Steevens

Hi everyone,

As the owner of a C5 that’s starting to rack up the miles, I’m finally joining the community to chat about the joys (and the little headaches) of the hydraulic system. I’ve always preferred to get my hands dirty under the hood to understand how things work rather than hand the keys over to a big dealership without really knowing what...

Welcome to the forum. There are many people on the forum with deep knowledge of your favourite French car but let's hope that you won't have reason to call upon that any time soon!

There is also a thriving section which welcomes posts about, well, just about anything. Take a look in the Off Topic Chat Lounge as well and dive n there.

Good afternoon. I'm familiarising myself with Peugeots (having experience of VW Golf GLS, GTI, Passat, T2, Opel Vectra, Nissan Vannette, Audi 100 quattro etc).
Spent 15 years on two wheels in fresh air (maxiscooter) so settled down in 2022 with a Cabriolet Olé! That 207CC from 2011 ran very well for three years then blew out it's cylinder head...

A WiFi scanner Quantex Scandoc (from Germany) for PSA CAN diagnosis on road trips....

Nice to meet you guys. Always loved the quirky nature of French Classics although my mechanical skills are at the lower end. Currently have a 1987 Cx 2.5 gti non turbo which is has purple livery! Bought it from Mathewsons last year. I've also had a Renault Caravelle 1964, Citroen Traction Avant 11BL 1954 and a Citroen Arcadiane 1979. The Cx is now...

Welcome on board!

Could admin please change this new user's name to Lurcio? Thanks in advance.

Just noticed your location. Citroens state-side? What's going on?

That's one marque I would never have imagined making it across the Pond.

being mostly from Canada.

Now that would make sense.

Hi everyone, I’m finally joining the community after frequently consulting your valuable technical advice for my clients. I’m an independent mechanic, and while I work on just about anything that runs on wheels in France, I have a soft spot for hydraulic systems, especially on the Xantia and XM. My days are split between getting my hands dirty in...
