Hello,

I have just bought a used Citroen C5X which has WiFi capabilities. I can see the cars network name on my phone but can't connect my phone/tablet to it as it asks for a password (which I haven't been provided)

Is there a default password for Citroen WiFi? I've looked in the manual/online and it isn't mentioned anywhere. I've also tried the...

New to us 2020 C3 Aircross. Downloaded the update after using VIN from Citroen site onto a new memory stick. Put in car while engine on as per instructions and this happened. Now frozen and the screen does not work for anything at all. Thoughts? Thanks!

Evening all,

I have a 1.6 2016 Citroen Grand Picasso Excl+, looking to try and get Apple CarPlay working / fitted. Is there any way I can see if this is possible?

Hi, I have a Citroen C3 III (2024) with RCC Wave 3 system with the latest version 6_0422_23.3I37.1 and I have a problem with the bluetooth. After about 5 minutes it always loses the connection with the phone (S22 Ultra or S24) and after 5 second it immediately reconnects. It's really frustrating because if I'm on a call, this interruption also...

I have a Citroen DS3 which is a 2018 model. I have problems with the radio.
The radio does not come thru the speakers and neither does the calls when connected to Bluetooth. I have tried the radio as dab, fm and am. Every so often the radio will work but once you stop car it disappears again. The display works and when you try to change channels...

Hello. I'm just about to enter the world of DS5 ownership, all very exciting. I understand there were various different head units at different times, I wondered if someone here would know what unit it was from a blurry photo (attached)? Sorry, it's the best I have at the moment.

When my wife bought her C4 4 years ago I bought a replacement SMEG+ IV2 head unit for it on eBay to add Apple CarPlay to the car for her.

I sent it to someone (I won't name them) on the CCC Facebook pages who said he could sort it for me so that it would work with her C4 as with my older version of Diagbox all I could do was VIN code it.

When he...

Hi!
I am working on a fun little side project - running the RCC A2 radio without an actual car :-D . But in order to do this I need some wiring diagrams first. I was able to find a pinout for the actual main unit, but I need to actually figure out how the buttons and the display get connected as well.

I am thinking of getting the unit from a...

Hello all,
I got a Peugeot 3008 GT 2019 2.0BlueHdi few months ago. It's equipped with Focal multimedia. I noticed an issue with the multimedia sound- it very often disappears(radio, parking sensors, telephone

I received a notification about a new map update for Europe for my DS7, which I installed. Here’s a step-by-step video showing how to complete the update yourself:

MyCitröen app says there is an update, but can't download (6_0422_23.3I37.1).
Can you help me?

Can anyone explain to me how voice commands work on the C3 Origin PureTech (01/2024)?
Works via Bluetooth, via USB cable or just via the Internet?
When I connect via the cable and press the button, the phrase asking what I want appears on the display, but when I speak, the voice responds with the message oops, an error has occurred .
Thanks.

Hi, we had our starter motor battery replaced earlier this year and since then, the DAB function cannot be selected.

I have read on this forum that either a firmware or TomTom map update will fix the problem, i have tried both but to no avail:

I've always wanted a DS5, can't believe it's happening! :-D It seems fitting to replace my C5 X7 with one.

I believe it has NAC Wave 1 - the software had Carplay and Mirrorlink available, and FW 7.1.3.
I think it should have the Connected Services, but I'm not sure. It had the...

Hello everyone,

I just bought a 2016 Citoën C4 Picasso, 1.6 HDI 120 HP. I am very pleased with this so far.

Hi All,

I have a new C5X Hypnos about a month old, and have mainly got to grips with the 'Infotainment' system. however one of the things that puzzles me is why the TomTom navigation map sometimes appears with a sort of graduated, in steps, grey background from a central point (see photo). I have tried searching for this, but found any reference...

Hello,
Could I please ask for some help.

Went to the main dealer here to get updates for the car.

I am able to get the map update no problem.
But then it keeps failing to download Software...

When the engine is turned on the touchscreen head unit stays on Peugeot logo and doesn't load any further.

Hi All,

I have an active subscription for the connected services in my 508 2019, and the Tomtom traffic alerts, speed camera alerts etc suddenly stopped working 2 days ago.

Hello,

I am considering buying a second hand DS7 from 2020. The car supports Android Auto, it has Wifi but on the test drive I couldn't get Android Auto to work wireless. Good evening, I also have an issue with my car. The music volume decreases when there is more bass in the song, without any option to adjust the volume based on speed or any other way. Hey all,

As of late, my SMEG+IV2 seems to be on it's way out, complaining of a phantom USB device not available. Power supply fault. Please disconnect all devices. - There isn't anything plugged into the USB port, and the message can't be dismissed (or, it can but will come back immediately, functionally bricking the SMEG)
