C4 Picasso 2016 - Carplay ?

Hello everyone,
I hope you are all well.
I just bought a 2016 Citoën C4 Picasso, 1.6 HDI 120 HP. I am very pleased with this so far.
My only issue is to find a solution to have the Apple CarPlay displayed on at least one of the two screens, using Waze, Spotify, etc.
Is it possible? If so I have not found how to do that, even with an interface.

We'll need to determine what system you have first of all. Your car may be too early for CarPlay. Please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff.

Ok, so you have the older SMEG system and that is recorded as without MirrorLink - which was the old connectivity, now not very much supported. So with this info it looks like CarPlay was not available, nor Android Auto, being a May 2016 build. It was the later build from June 2016 that got the later SMEG IV+ system that had CarPlay.

This being the case, there's no upgrade to this system to enable it.

Is it possible to replace my SMEG by a newer version with CarPlay, I could perhaps find on eBay or FaceBook?
If not, is there another possibility?

Moreover, on the 12" screen, is it possible to have the left dial displaying the speed and other car parameters, while the centre and right dials display the SatNav map?

It's possible, although you may have to replace not only the hidden head unit behind the dashboard, but may need a different touchscreen - I can't say for sure, as well as the coding of the unit to the vehicle and possible BSI programming to ensure features like CarPlay are active.

I don't think it is. Only some later displays are configurable with limited options for how the info is displayed. Your owner's manual should advise as to what you can or can't display. If you don't have the full owner's manual, see my post here on how to download the full manual freely from Citroen here:

After following the instructions in the link to select language and model, make sure you use the 01/06/2015 - 19/06/2016 date range for your vehicle manual to ensure you have the correct year. The manuals are based on build date not registration date and I have checked this as the correct manual.
