Relay van 2016 DAB radio keep going on and off

This is the Connected NAV system.
Main Features: It is a fully integrated Telematics System featuring CarPlay, Android Auto, Real Time Services, Voice Commands, High-Res Display, 3D Navigation, Bluetooth Hands Free & USB. 2 versions of the system are available NAC (Navigation Audio Connectée) and RCC (Radio Couleur Connectée) or Connected Colour Radio, which does not have the Integrated Navigation or Live Services.

Relay van 2016 DAB radio keep going on and off

Hi all not sure what I’m doing but here goes
I have a 2016 relay van with tom tom radio with DAB it was all working fine up till a month ago then it started to go on and off when tuned to DAB but ok on FM I have tried to update the firmware with a link off this site but it says unable to load update error code 127 could anyone help with an other update that might work or advise thanks
