Hi, we had our starter motor battery replaced earlier this year and since then, the DAB function cannot be selected.
I have read on this forum that either a firmware or TomTom map update will fix the problem, i have tried both but to no avail:
Firmware: I used a USB memory stick, formatted to FAT32 and downloaded the firmware update but when i put the memory stick in the USB port, nothing happens
TomTom update: I have tried the software update route but when i put a memory stick (FAT32 / 32MB / No files) into the USB slot, the TomTom keeps asking for a USB to be inserted
TomTom update: I even tried to connect my laptop to the sat nav using a USB to USB lead and the TomTom update software / laptop did not detect the SatNav device.
I have checked if the USB port is working and was able to charge my phone using it.
Is there anything else I can try? Ilove a problem that needs to be fixed but this is getting very frustrating

Re: Peugeot Boxer DAB not working after battery replacement
I had a similar problem with my e-C4 I even posted on here for help in case there was a hidden menu setting to enable the port.
1) Some USB ports are charge only and can't work, you have to use the data port which has like a wiggly squid symbol above it (in black, on a black background) on mine it is the USB-C port.
2) The Infotainment is incredibly unreasonably infuriatingly picky about precisely which USB sticks it will recognise.
I ended up buying a selection of different makes, plugging them into the PC (which of course recognised all of them immediately) and copying an mp3 file onto each.
Then I plugged them into the car in turn, until one of them started playing. Then I put the update files on that stick and it worked.
I got an HP branded one to work, the Infotainment refused to acknowledge that Sandisk or Samsung even existed- I still have a new Verbatim one in an unopened packet.....

Re: Peugeot Boxer DAB not working after battery replacement
Thanks JT99
You were quite correct, I was using the wrong USB port, I have now found the correct one.
When I insert memory stick with the firmware saved to it, I get an error code 127 - Any thoughts?
