Citroen C3 software update "Version incompatible with the Hardware"

hi, I want to update the Software of the touch screen of my Citroen C3 of 2017 in Spain. I downloaded the Citroen Update software for Windows. I entered my VIN VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]. I download the map update, prepared the USB disk, plug it into my car, and it updated the map successfully. Then I try to update the software, I use the Citroen Update software, I enter the same VIN, I select to update "Software of the touch screen (21.08.90.52_NAC-r0)", I prepare the USB disk, I plug it into my car, and it says "Version incompatible con el Hardware" ("Version incompatible with the Hardware"). What is the issue and how to solve this? Cheers, David
