My Partner Teepee 1.6 HDI - circa 2015 reg with 71k on the clock has started to play up, with the radio playing OK then
switching off on its own accord. IT then restarts after about 2 minutes (Pug logo showing) and carries on playing then repeats the switch off
again 5 mns later. It could be on FM or DAB or trip screen - no difference....

I have a BSI fault and I have located a replacement BSI with the exact same BOOT, HARD and Variant/Version numbers.

I have a 2.0 407 HDi and this replacement is from a Citroen C5 1.6 HDi.

As all software/firmware and unit model numbers are the same, is it only the eeprom chip that needs swapped?

I have recently purchased a 2015 (65 plate) Bipper 1.3HDi. It has covered a mere 138k but has issues.

Since purchase I have replaced:
Diesel leak off pipes
Removed/had tested/refitted 4 injectors
Battery
Blanked EGR with holed blank plate

The problem with it is that it starts perfectly well with no issues, will sit and tick over...

The Nearside mirror also folded until 18 months ago,when it ceased to operate.

My 407 has the dreaded cold one side problem (drivers side) I have changed the flap motor and still no luck. The flaps work fine and the shaft is not broken. When I connected the new motor and adjust the temperature it does not move at all. Even before it’s bolted back on. I presume electrical fault?

I've concluded the new engine injection pump is imobilised!???

My AC is not working, I have had car at 2 different mechanics who ran dye/pressure check and both said the evaporator had a leak. Maybe both were wrong.

However, they both have said they can not find an evaporator from any supplier and both said its a dash out job.
