2013 Peugeot bipper 1.3 no fuel coming through hp pump

I have a Peugeot bipper with a fuel problem I have fuel coming for filter to hp pump have replaced pump ran for a hour then stopped again and got another pump and would not go again it's a new solenoid and there is power to it but does not open when ignition is turned on no immobiliser faults had key reprogramed only fault on van is po68a ECM/PCM Power Relay De-Energized Performance – Too Early itls the ECU faulty orcould it be something to do with the fuel rail pressure sensor being faulty or has anyone seen this fault before let me know thanks
