For an £80 punt i got a 1.6hdi 206cc no mot due abs,esp lights on dash , it drove good but failed because of the lights.

From April this year i replaced the complete braking system changed all the abs sensors as they were reading incorrect ohms, I then had full clutch kit conversion followed by headgasket full engine decoke new glow plugs...

I'm trying to remove the alternator on a Peugeot partner 1.6hdi. I've so far removed the top 2 16mm mounting bolts. The bottom right 16mm will take a bit of work but it seems the bottom left is mounted to a belt tensioner/pulley. How do I get this tensioner off?

My engine fan stopped working with a message about enginge fault coming up on the screen.
Checked with Diagbox and have fault codes P0691 & P0693(low and high speed). Checked fuses and found one 5 amp that was faulty.
Replaced the fuse and fans came on, i guess the enigne was still warm and thats why the fan started.

Would this be caussed by not driving the car for a long distance for a while? Or would it be more sserious?

Problem started and went very quickly, it had an extremely loud noise and then stopped completely, garage says dual mass fly wheel, but itsdriving absolutely fine now.

I have a 2006 2.0 HDI Peugeot 807 with the AL4 autobox
Problem is when cold it pulls away ok but then wont shift up and goes into limp mode (the engine revs up but no movement like a slipping clutch)
This normally happens within 1/2 mile from home
If I pull over and stop/restart engine it resets and is fine for the rest of the day...

Changed clutch, flywheel, pressure plate and CSC on my Peugeot 3008 2011 (Semi automatic). After putting all back had a bunch of faults. Engine Fault, Gearbox fault, ABS Braking system faulty, Parking Brake faulty, ESP/ASR system faulty. But before changing clutch, i removed battery and these faults come on first time. Had anyone has same issue...

So yesterday I managed to remove the seized injectors on my Peugeot 308 2.0 HDI RHH engine. It was a little bit of a struggle, but I did it with a humongous reverse hammer and some crazy contraptions to get it attached to the injectors under the windshield.

Tensioned
turn on wrench a few times checked TDC/Timing positions a couple of times
Left covers off left fan belt off
Started to watch and check

Car went into complete limp mode back in June. Had to have air doser changed out which seemed to cure that fault... Then after 200 or So miles, This was then followed by turbo codes which were detected on a generic code reader:

P0234 turbo overboost condition

P2563 turbo boost control...

Got my Diagbox working and did a scan. Got some weird errors that I can not figure out. The BSI seems to be changed at some point.

Fitted a remanufactured engine and I'm trying to prime it. I put 6l of oil in and turned it over a few times with the starter for about 10-15s a time but oil pressure is still saying low. Any thoughts on how to prime it?

Does anybody have the torque settings for the injector clamp bolt as all the Siemens VDO injectors have been removed for testing due to smoke issues.
