2015 C5 exclusive tourer, on a run yesterday the heater control panel lights went out and blower stopped working, I had recently changed the heater control module but found the blower a bit noisy, do you think the blower has coursed the problem? I cannot see a fuse listed for this.

The genuine air filters where I live cost 80 euros (for the cabinet filter and the engine air filter)
non-genuine would only cost about 15 euros for both

How important is it to use the genuine one?

I assume the engine air filter is more important to have the genuine, but still, how bad would a cheap non genuine air filter be?

I have a 2013 ds3 thp cabrio, the power steering only works after a little run or if the outside temp is above 13c. It went to a garage and they fitted a new steering rack, this didn’t fix the issue. It’s had a new battery and this also hasn’t fixed the issue. Not sure if this is even relevant, but now the heating fans are no longer working.
