I'd like to get power to the back of my Berlingo van for various things like lighting, coolbox, fans, chargers etc. Once i get power directly from the battery, I'll add a small fuse box somewhere in the van for any outlets I add.
I'm struggling to find a way through the firewall. I've done this before on older vehicles by using existing grommets but cant find any suitable ones.
The van is right hand drive so been looking under the dashboard on the passenger side. I can see the main wiring loom grommet but it's rock solid with a kind of resin. Can also see the fuse box under the dash but it's very hard to access. The bonnet release cable grommet looks like it might be accessable but unsure if a large cable will get squeeze in there?
Any other ideas for a way through? And for where I could put a fusebox?

You may find this useful: I haven't watched it myself
