It basically depends on what the temperature climate is where you live. In the absence of any other information I would say that for Luxembourg you should use the same as I do for the UK - 0w 30.
It's important that the oil also meets the spec of B71 2312 which PSA specify for this engine.

Pop your VIN up (please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff) and I'll confirm oil grade and specifications for this specific engine.dave101ua wrote: 25 Oct 2022, 10:25 Hello

Ok so you need exclusively 00W30 oil that meets specifications B71 2312 (C1C2)

I don't always have time to go back and ready every post in a thread when I'm often dealing with hundreds of posts a week....

Oil should be checked when the engine is cold and use the dipstick to check level.
The oil on your specific engine is 7.20 litres when dry - i.e. no residual oil in the sump or filter.
With a 'wet' engine:
Oil capacity without replacement of the filter cartridge: Minimum = 4.05 litres, Maximum = 5.65 litres
Oil capacity with replacement of the filter cartridge: Minimum = 4.50 litres, Maximum = 6.10 litres.

Re: 2017 2.0 Diesel BlueHDi which oil to use ?
Hi I am new/old owner of DS7 Performance Line 2.0 blue HDI from 2020.
I want to change the motor oil but the card which was taped on the motor for the motor oil tip is faded.
So hopefully you can help which motor oil I need to use.
VIN: VR1**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Than you!

You could do with checking with a Citroen dealer for the latest oil spec as they change based on experience so what was recommended in 2020 may no longer be correct. If you ask them for a print out of the service schedule it gives the oil spec.
There is a topic here that lists oil specs but it is 2 years out of date viewtopic.php?t=75918
