Need some advice for Fault Codes

I need some advice for the following Fault Code on a Berlingo B9 from 2012 with VIN VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff], more than 260000km and still happy with the fine car.
The following fault codes are auto-translated from german to english, so sorry if the original message is different

Motorsystem
P0263 Cylinder 1. readjustment of injection nozzle out of tolerance
P0269 Cylinder 3. readjustment of injection nozzle out of tolerance
I also had the error for cylinder 2, but recently I have added a few additives (diesel cure) to the fuel. These fault codes are reported for some month meanwhile.

P12B4 EGR valve. position incorrect (too closed) (After sales)
P0490 EGR valve. position incorrect (too closed)

P129F Air system. Fresh air volume above the setpoint (customer service)
P0401 Air system. Fresh air volume above the setpoint

ASB:
C1391 Error No acknowledgement of the motor torque. Not designated

BSI:
040A Oil level sensor error
05FF Error unexpected reinitialization of the central switching unit (BSI)
This code occurrs quite often, is this a wiring harness issue?

Are all these fault codes related to the same problem?

I changed the DPF some time ago as I it was reported worn out.
I also have had a fault with the motor cooler which turns out to be a broken fuse.

Were you able to resolve the P12F9, P0401, and C1391 fault codes? I have the same fault codes as well.
