Hi all, I own a 2013 DS3, its had the fault code P2565 on for quite a while now, clears for a couple seconds then comes straight back, it's had boost control solenoid and a new turbo& wastegate, any suggestions what to try? Wiring to the tps from the ecu all checks out ok.

Yesterday when I was trying to lock my car using the passenger door handle it refused to lock or even unlock so gave it a clean and it still wouldn't work. However it did start randomly locking and unlocking the car when the key was nearby. A couple of hours later and it worked fine.

I have a few error codes and trying to investigate.
First Question if i may
GPR valve , is it open or close during idle.
Its seems it has been repaired on the actuator as shown in the pics but seems to move ok when i move it manualy.
The inlet to the manifold has a good suction on it when on idle..and other then oily residu...

My other issue reminded me of yet another question I need to ask. This time about PAT / Eolys fluid top up.

I had the message prompting refill of the fluid some time ago. I put 2 litres of PAT fluid into the small tank just forward of the LH rear wheel, via a refill pipe.

I cannot however, get rid of the error code, despite it being cleared by a...

when i was loosening rear brake line nut, unfortunately it was stuck to pipe and with turning nut, pipe is also twisted. (2 or 3 turn)
it didn't break and just a piece of paint peeled off but it is unsafe to drive with that twisted brake line!
what should i do?
heat up twisted part of pipe to red hot and cool down slowly that way broken iron atoms...

Hi Guys - I need to measure oil pressure on C4 (EW10A) 2L petrol 16V - does anyone have pressure figures versus rpm. I have found the below ones for EW10J but not sure if they apply to EW10A.

check 1 at 1000 rpmminimum pressure (bars) 3.4
check 2 at 2000 rpmminimum pressure (bars) 6.3
check 3 at 3000 rpmminimum pressure (bars) 6.9...

After changing the front brake pads and disks, I now have a click most times I press the pedal. The sound is coming from the driver side, and it sounds like a light knock. I've taken it all apart and put it back together, everything seems good but it still got this click.

Any ideas apart from turning the radio up?

Hi Guys- new here and would really appreciate your help. Have below error codes on 2005 C4 2L petrol (EW10) auto. Car starts and drives fine for a short period of time (5 mins or less) but then goes to limp mode. I scanned and cleared multiple times and these codes came up on the last 2 attempts.

Hi our peugeot partner 1.6 hdi 2016 is going in to limp mode constantly with the following codes stored.
1. p2541 Fuel pressure in low pressure circuit present. Voltage too low.
2. p008a Low pressure fuel circuit. Fuel pressure lower than the reference value.
3. p00ba Low pressure fuel circuit. Fuel pressure lower than the reference value....

Hi Guys - I have checked my C4 2L petrol (EW10 engine) compression pressure during cranking (throttle wide open) and I only get 95psi! This seems too low. I am trying to trouble shoot the reason it goes to limp mode. I get consistent P0011, P0012 and P1160 error codes.

When engine not in limp mode it starts and runs fine so compression pressure...

My 2016 C3 1.4 HDI DV4C cruse control trips out sometimes when climbing hills. I did a global test on Lexia and found P1497 and P2562 fault codes logged against the Bosch EDC17C10 R3 ECU. After clearing the codes, I did a live check of the air system and found the Turbo wastegate requirement drops from 99% to 54% soon after engine coolant...

It's only happened a couple of times. Going along happily at about 80kph when it sounds like the engine is revving a bit harder. It's very quick, 2 secs, so not had chance to really see rev counter change but passenger couldn't hear anything.

Apart from that she's running well, not smoky. Bosch pump only couple of years old but does have an air...

I've just had some problems and had to change the fuel-line (bulb and so on, see picture)
Now I have new problems...
The engine starts and runs but the return lines (I think they are return lines) from the injectors have started leaking but I havn't touched them, where could I've gone wrong?

The AL4 gearbox has a 'memory' of sorts for differing driving styles.
There is an in car procedure to clear it, which I did years ago.
Do any members here know of it? I remember that involved pumping the (which?) pedals several times.

In November the nearside front caliper started seizing. I was going to do the job myself but it was very cold. I took it to a garage who told me it needed a new caliper, brake discs, pads and handbrake cables.

They did they job and everything was ok until Sunday when the offside caliper failed in the same way.

Hi, Iv'e just fitted a new rear upper door hinge, the one with the box of tricks attached. I replaced it because the door wouldn't stay open now it's too stiff/notchy, does it need to be lubricated?

Diagbox shows Engine ECU flagging
U0118 87 Multiplexed additive pump

There is 5mm diffrence between front left and front right suspension height.
Front right side is 5mm lower than the front left side.
Measurements from the centar of the wheel hub to wing:
Front left : 42cm
Front right : 41.5cm
Rear left : 39cm
Rear right : 39cm
Measurements where taken in garage with flat surface and tyre pressure is...

Just changed the bottom rear engine mount bushing, was a pig to get off because I had a brain fart and ended up cutting it out with a hacksaw.
But it was super easy to get on with this tool -
Should have thought about it beforehand!!
