Citroen C4 Cactus Diesel Issue , DPF and turbo boost

Let me start this by saying that in my area where i live i have no access to a proper Citroen diagnostic ( the closest shops that have it will book me after more than a month away )\


Car has issues with being able to regenerate the DPF first showing a SERVICE light followed by a message "Risk of DPF blockage" and shortly after goes into the so called limp mode displaying a red check engine light on the dashboard and limiting power to the car

with my cheap OBD2 scanner aswell as some multibrand diag boxes from shops around , the same errors appear : P2566 , P2468 and P246C (the latter 2 are from the blocked DPF )
iv got a vgate pro ODB scanner and using the FAP android app if it makes any diference
based on the P2566 everybody suggested that i replace the sensor on top of the turbo actuator wastegate , i couldnt do that so i replaced the whole turbo ( with a new actuator and sensor on top of it )
problem is the issue still persists , have already done a Forced DPF seemed to clean the dpf but after abit of driving the issues come back up.

any info i could get would be really helpful
is there any procedure that has to be done after a turbo replace? ( turbo is new , not reconditioned)
Could the first error be related to something else ? Solenoid valve was also checked and holding pressure, no apparent intercooler leaks
Found some other forum posts that sugested that maybe the DPF diferencial presure sensor is busted but i cant locate it on the car to check it

You really need a better scanner that can read live data so you can see what the numbers are doing.
