I'm about to clean it as it's seriously crusty & have a few questions before proceeding.
Is there a seal between air doser and intake manifold? Couldn't find it on parts catalogue.
As I understand only electronic parts on it are MAP & air temp sensors (both removable), flap is operated by vacuum. So I can move it without messing something up?
Are there any factory torque values for bolts that fix air doser & both sensors?

I'll need your VIN (please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff) before I can check this for you.

Re: 2.0 HDi (RHR) air doser / throttle body
Thank you again. Update from me:
There's a flat round rubber seal (not o-ring) between air doser and intake manifold that does not appear to be available individually. It looks solid but but I would preferably replace it as there was oily leak at bottom on the outside.
Otherwise it was cleaner than expected only IAT sensor was completely caked in mix of EGR & turbo oil crap. No codes, but it couldn't do it any favours. Unfortunately I forgot to measure resistance before cleaning.

I apologize in advance for digging up this topic, but could someone provide me with the tightening order and the respective tightening torque for the camshaft cover?
Thank you very much.

Part is available as VOLVO 30650790, I bought a copy Elring 341.100.vallium wrote: 27 May 2023, 15:34There's a flat round rubber seal (not o-ring) between air doser and intake manifold that does not appear to be available individually. At first it seems it's too large but there are detentes in round hole that make it go squiggly and take up the additional length. Just massage it in.
It also projects about 2mm away from plastics while old one was practically level with it.

Thank you so much ... i was searching for this damn gasket for more then a week. i just started cross-referencing other DW10 cars and found this (Elring 341.100) on a Ford Mondeo IV and was very relieved to find your post saying it fits! I hope this fixes my last air (&oil) leak.vallium wrote: 26 Jun 2025, 14:19Part is available as VOLVO 30650790, I bought a copy Elring 341.100.vallium wrote: 27 May 2023, 15:34There's a flat round rubber seal (not o-ring) between air doser and intake manifold that does not appear to be available individually.
