I just purchased a pair of oil seal (Left side and Right side) for my Citroen C5 Year 2007 2.0 Petrol. The seals look very differently from each other so I'm worried.

The part number for the left side is 312164 and the right side is 312142.

I know it's not original, but now it's been cleaned up, I fancy fitting the nice wooden gear-knob from the VSX to the green lady. I had assumed that they unscrew but there's no locking nut and I don't want to destroy the rubber bush by applying to much force. Does anyone know for certain how to remove and refit please?

Hi, a little while back my Citroen C5 2003 2.0 HDi 110bhp has a suspension fluid leak in a small hose near one of the wheels.

As much as the front accumulator (as it's the rear accumulator) so nothing at all.
It's there to provide a reserve of pressure for the rear brakes in the event of the pump failing and the anti-sink valves closing.

Had to change the nearside brake light bulb recently, not a lot of fun as the plastic wing nut holding the light assembly on was a bit tight and I just couldn't get it off without removing the cd player and loosening the bracket to be able to get a good grip on it. Made sure it wasn't on so tight when re fitted.

How easy is it to do when you don't have access to a ramp? I'll be jacking the car up and plan to inject it using a large syringe.

I have a 2002 C5 HDI that will not start. On connecting Lexia there is only one Fault code in the BSI saying no communication to Alarm.

On checking the BSI parameters the engine immobiliser states Engine ECU locked = yes with the key turn to ign. When the key is switch off the Engine ECU changes to Locked = No.
