Hi, I’ve recently joined, as I have a Peugeot Partner Tepee with the semi automatic gearbox (can be driven as an automatic, or as a paddle-shift without a manual clutch).

There’s a DREADFUL lag between 1st and second gears. 2-3 is a little less obvious, and so on up the gears, each one being generally a little less “laggy” than the one before....

Just purchased a low(ish) mileage 207 SW. This is the Petrol version with the 1.4 VTI Prince engine.

The car has been running fairly well but the gearbox is slightly noisy in 1st and 2nd. 3rd is quiet but not totally silent. Reverse and 4th & 5th are quiet.

I am thinking of replacing the gearbox and clutch assembly, but cannot...

I thought it was likely the tank or the supply tube to the injector, or maybe the Nox sensor.

Removed cleaned and tested urea injector with water pump and 9v battery.

I got these codes. No service or battery light appears on dash and charging seems to go on REGULARLY.

I must note that while dismantling the catalytic converter sparks flew from the alternator (i forgot to disconnect the battery).

I have always hard wired as it is more convenient than having wires pushed in a loop round the centre console. Is it an easy operation?
