MY 2008 update failed with Eror 36 and nothing is working now

Hi everyone

I have PEUGEOT 2008 and I live in Iran . i tried to download its touch screen update that is almost 4 gig through its original app and it's always fail(because internet here is not stable)

So i tried to download the software through another website and i downloaded this SA_rcc-firmware_1_076_16-1B116-4_RCC_EU_W2_2

but unfortunately it does not have any key file . So I downloaded the key file separately again . When I updated my device it suddenly failed after 90 % and everything stopped working and stuck at "UPDATE FAILED 36". Now I can "NOT" use my camera when I turn back .. and it always shows :the update will start shortly and nothing happened after hours!

so please if any one can help to give the direct link to download the latest touch screen software and key file and help to restore my multimedia device

I can't help with your Key file, only the update file.

thank you dude .. i tried to update with this one and now my multimedia crash and keep saying "the update will start shortly" and nothing happens after that .
so please help me to reset setting to default since nothing is working now and guide me to download the key file for my car .

The only way to start again is to follow this:

But make sure the file is not corrupt and that you have again reformatted the USB key to FAT32 again. Or try another USB stick.

Do NOT fiddle or touch any controls or buttons during the update and ensure the engine is running all the way through!

• Disconnect the USB key
• Turn the engine off
• Disconnect the service battery (following the BSI Reset / Battery Disconnect / Reconnect Procedure)
• Wait 5 min
• Reconnect the battery
• Start the engine
  Restart the process

JUST ONE QESTION :
I should put the key file directly to the flash drive or should Create a “License” folder then transfer file to it ?

Create a folder called licence and place the licence file in there (if this fails try calling the folder license), as there can be 2 spellings of this.

However, you may still have issues as the files you downloaded originally are for EU countries and if, after trying the latest update I provided fromt he server, it still does not work, you nay have to get your dealer to do it, as you may have different requirements in your country.
