When I open the drivers door, I don't get the courtesy light illuminating. It works on the 3 other doors.

Are the electronics really the problem, or just Citroen being a bit pig headed in not providing an adblue tank that is cleanable? I have a low level UREA light that won't reset even though my tank is nearly full. I'm particularly interested in any relating to the adblue tank cap. I have the count down on my display despite topping up the adblue it hasn't gone. I think citroen may have left me with a compromised adblue tank cap, even though the car has been with them for services and work every year I've had it, 5 and half years.

PN of the original module is 9810050080, but is not available anymore (Citroen dealer's words).
There is replacement module/part number available (PN 9837999380 ), but it looks like it's suitable...

Just wondering if this rings any bell? Fred starts much, much easier when the fuel tank is full. With even a half full tank I have to use the fuel primer bulb, though not if the engine has been started that day. Also hates starting on a slope.
