Here’s what’s been checked so far :-
Harness continuity from MAF to ECU block connector.
EGR is clean and holds vac.
EGR vac sol works fine and holds vac.
2 x MAF sensors original and 1 from a donor, both giving a reading of 1.86K ohm on pins 2&3 seen some info on web it says 2 - 6 ohms is the norm, so is that correct or is the meter stuffed ?
MAF is a pierburg 7.28342.01
Can clear fault, but returns on every 3rd start of the engine
Car runs very well, no issues apart from this annoying problem.
Engine code is 8HY
Did have a P0402 previously but that has cleared since I checked EGR and cleaned .
