Hi guys

I have not had any luck finding a member local to me willing to check my wife’s Peugeot, those that i have tried don think they can help

The engineer management light has come on again, my local dealer cannot book my car in for weeks, and advise if the light goes out they prob wont be able to see what the code is, but happy to charge me...

Despite having read quite a lot of the many, many posts on Diagbox I'm afraid I remain totally confused.

After a fair bit of investigation and learning fitting a replacement DPF fluid tank to my 2015 308 T9, I am stuck at the last hurdle of getting it fully integrated back into the system.

I am now advised that only Diagbox will achieve this,...

Hey all,

I recently acquired a Lexia kit to try and use Diagbox on some of my cars.

I'm running a pre-setup diagbox VMWare image.

I've tried on both vehicles, and both have the same issue - Diagbox isn't able to read the VIN (although there is clicking coming from the VCI when diagbox tries to communicate), and when trying to do a global...

Hi.

I connected the diagbox to a Citroen car. It found the VIN, I entered the code from the door, and then these errors appeared. What am I doing wrong? What do they mean?

Does anyone know if Easy diagnostics website has a problem?
Tried to look through google and again through the link on this forum, only to have my virus scan abort the connection owing to unspecified threats.
Thanks for any info, or any advice where to purchase a reliable full diagnostics kit including the S1279 to suit Peugeot boxer

Hi all
I have a member near me with Diagbox called StickyFinger but cannot contact him as dont have enough posts, so don’t know if anyone can help with contacting him to see if he would be able to help me out ?

But Im more than happy trying to get the software and hardware myself and have a go, I do all my own diagnostics and work on my Mini, so...

Hi all looks like a great forum this. I've bought a 2021 208 repair project from a salvage auction and to roll the car off the truck I needed to disconnect the parking brake actuators and wind back the brakes a little. Now on reconnection, there's a parking brake fault and a really annoying alarm when the driver's door is opened. The car isn't...

Hello,

Citroen C4 Picasso (5d, LHD) 2017, 1.6 Petrol, 165bhp

Got 2 fault codes which i can't figure out...i'd appreciate your advice (LAUNCH report, not DIAGBOX).

B0020 - fault on the line of the front left lateral airbag - short circuit to earth . This is the read. I should mention that while turning left (i think) the airbag light comes on...

Dear all,
Please help me out. I have diagbox 9.x installed and have a online PSA token.
But my SMEG+ is locked as hell. When i try to automatic code, it does work properly, but when i want to manual telecode; to activate the rear camera, he gives a 202 error.
First i got the question about SERMI code, after asking at the peugeot service they give...

Hi

Fairly new here. Can anyone recommend where to buy reasonably priced downloadable diagnostic software either compatible with a phone or windows 10 laptop?

Any advice much appreciated.

Hi guys I’m new to this so please forgive me if I’ve posted in the wrong area! Was thinking of changing the gearbox oil in my Citroen dispatch 2019 it’s got 137k mile and is the 2.0L model. Been searching for videos on how to do it but just can’t find any, was wondering if anyone could help?

My Laptop is an old Acer Media, XP Home, pack 3, Celeron 420 (1.6 Ghz) with 2Gb ram.

Should i be able to download the fault logs, as I can leave the laptop connected to the car for ages, over 20 minutes, and the fault logs do not load, just sits there on the 'waiting' screen? I have to end the session via alt/ctrl/delete.
Also, Diagbox takes at...

Hi - I'm new here, though I've lurked a bit in the past.

I'm having some issue with my 2004 C8 2.2HDi at the moment and I'm really struggling to resolve it. Recently, it's been feeling a bit sluggish in general, but it really doesn't like hills - ones it used to be perfectly happy to accelerate up in 3rd, it now struggles up in 2nd. Worse, if I...

Hi all, newbie here. Great forum.
Right, now to give everyone a big headache!
2016 Berlingo L2 1.6Hdi.
DPF light started coming on, eventually went into limp mode. Stripped the exhaust down, thorough clean of cat and dpf with Wynns off-car cleaner. Dried them out completely. Got my Launch X431 Pro Elite diagnostic and reset the DPF soot values....

Further to my post

As summary from earlier post, I was on holiday in the West of Scotland (1,900 miles trip in total).
I started my car, drove down steep incline, auto gearbox in 1st so as not to keep foot on brake all the time, then slipped box into drive, pulled onto main road, reached about 25mph and service light & Repair needed warning...

In a 2007 C5 Hdi 2.0 I have 'Power Steering Faulty' showing up with heavy steering, so I assume the pump isn't firing up. Lexia diagnostics tells me 'No Communication with ECU' with the electro pump ECU.

When I back-probe the com lines at the electro pump ECU I can see the signal below, so I don't know if perhaps I have a bad ECU or if the BSI is...

Hello,
I've been wondering, is there any AL4 software updates catalog or list?

I know of course, it would be diffrent software for different cars, due to different ratios and such..
specfically mine is C5 X7,
it would be interesting to know how old or new our running versions are in general..

I once went to the dealership here in Israel, asking...

New member here. I've been visiting this forum for quite some time and found it a very helpful source of information. Thanks to all you existing members for your inputs. I'm posting for the first time because I've not found my problem discussed in the forum. Here goes:-
I have a Chinese Lexia clone that I acquired second hand a couple of years ago...

BSI Reset, Peugeot Expert. I've read the Sticky post by Marc, but my battery is in the footwell, driver side.

I'm trying to diagnose a rear door (Tailgate) locking issue. I think it's mechanical problem, but I can't figure it out so wondering if a BSI reset might cure it?

Any idea how to do it when the battery is inside the cabin?

thanks.

Renault Laguna Mk2 Hatchback Automatic Diesel 2.2 on a 56 plate

About 15 months ago my cars EML and spanner came on. Had a mobile mechanic come out and diagnosed, who then replaced the EGR and glow plugs. Still didnt get rid of the EML / Spanner light, and the car went into limp mode
Then he said it was the Mass Air Flow Unit and he gave me a...

This is a silly question because I've done a silly thing. I did a 2 hour round trip to buy a set of wiper motors for my X7 C5, the guy let me test them on the car, they didn't work so I left them. Now I'm realising I had the motors on the wrong side, now the guy is a 3hr return trip away.

So before I waste anymore time, I'm wondering even though...

Hello looking for some advice

I have a 1.6 pertrol THP Citroen C5 mileage is 45K that has been giving me cold start misfires the codes are:- P1336. P1337 (no1 cylinder), P 1339 (no 3 cylinder). I would reset them and the car would run fine apart from slight hesitation during under load. I changed the spark plugs and swapped over the coils but the...

Hello!

I have a Xsara Picasso with a 1.6 HDi, and I have an EGR issue that I can't seem to get rid of.

About a year ago, I replaced the EGR valve, as it was completely shot. Soot even got up into the actuator, so it could barely turn. Evidently, I messed up here because I did not reinitialize it in the ECU. It worked for a while, but I started...

Hi everyone, this is my first post and I'll try not to be too long-winded.
My Peugeot 2008 Allure 1.6 Blue HDI has started displaying several fault lights.
1. Orange - Tyre Pressure Monitoring Fault with beeping noise. Checked pressure and reset the monitor but keeps happening. This is sometimes accompanied with the outside air temp showing...

Hi.
I've been trying for a while to read this C3 1.4i 8v equipped with a Sagem s2pm-380 ECU

The only Sagem ecu offered to me for the C3 are:

-Kfv Sagem s2000pm1 (16v)
-kfv Sagem s2000pm2 (unspecified)

The two first give me a remark:
The computer is not recognized, the validity of the information is not guaranteed

I have access to read...

Hi all

I've got a 2017 Peugeot Boxer, with the 2.0 Euro 6 engine and DCM6.2 engine ECU.
I'm using DiagBox 9.68 running in a virtual machine.
The cable is a 'Lexua full chip' device sourced from AliExpress and I have the S.1279 adaptor that I have set the switch to position 'B' on.
When I start DiagBox I select Boxer 3 (Euro 6). It then scans, but...

As of yesterday I now have a loud wind noise which develops at speeds over about 40 km . It appears to have something to do with cockpit air pressure because as soon as i wind a window down the noise disappears.
It seems to be coming from under the dash board towards the left hand side of the car.

Hi All

Hi,

It all seemed to be running ok and then it started to falter when i lifted my foot off the throttle then it just stopped and now won't start. I also...

Hi

I've have a 2008 2.0 HDI C5 estate VTR+ just turned into the drive and car cut out and immediately threw an anti pollution message on the display quickly followed by a low oil pressure warning. Checked the oil and it's at the max (checked straight after cut out when oil was warm). I have generic OBD reader but it's burried in the middle of a...

Hey Team

What are your favourite scan tools that aren't too expensive

Thanks in advance Marc M

What is this please, dtc U1180, not sure what this does, it's in the oil filter housing.

I’ve recently bought an interface, believed to be genuine by the seller. I was supplied a DVD but it was scratched up and unable to read contents. I’ve tried a few different VM’s of Diagbox but can’t get it to see the interface. Windows 11 picks it up as a PSA interface. Can anyone point me to the tester program I’ve heard a little about please?...

After fitting a new turbo & timing kit on a citroen ds5 engine (rhh) the front are not working but the rear wiper does we would welcome any input into
this Regards mickey

Hi, this is my first post. On my way back home my Berlingo suddenly is underpowered and the engine bay is much louder. Although the sound seems like it's coming from the turbo and the turbo shaft has quite a bit of play, and the blades have seen some damage, I don't see a fault code for it. I found a leaking injector and I cleaned it, the same....

I got a Citroen C3 1.6HDI 100 Blue 2015

So a long story short, a while ago I got a problem with communicating with the additive pump (U011887) and some more P error code. So i bought a used replacement additive tank, changed it over, coded it with lexia and diabox, all went well problem solved.

Now half a year later I get the same problem, but...

My first post here after lurking for a while. Apolgies if this is going over old ground...

PSA XS Evolution 9780.Z5 which I aquired with a Peugeot 307cc, but never used. I believe, from my research, that this is a Dealer version of the Lexia. What software should I be using for my 2010 C5, and where do I get it? And how do I use it without...

I haven't been on line for a while, but notice that East Diagnostics appear to have ceased trading. I have had no response on line. I was/am trying to purchase a cd of Peugeot doc backup to use on our Peugeot 2012 207cc. Conversely can anyone help?
Regards, Harry

Having done one of 3 atf fluid changes it's probably time to buy lexia / diagbox as I want to look at spheres and a rear damper too at some point.
I've been looking at the Easydiagnostics website and assume that I need the Lexia3 diagnostic kit as opposed to Citroen Peugeot Lexia, PP2000, Diagbox version 9.68.

Is the latter just an updated...

Does anyone know which fuel gauge law to use for a 2006 Petrol C2?
The background is this ...
I've just fitted a replacement BSI and, after lots of configuring, all seems to be working fine. However, the fuel gauge wasn't displaying and when I checked the BSI the fuel gauge law wasn't present - so I took a punt and set it to Law 01 and the fuel...
