3008 crank no start help

Hi I have a 2012 3008 1.6 diesel it has had engine replacement but now won't start it cranks ok and fuel is getting to the filter and injectors the only fault I can find is fuel pressure to low on start up is there something I am missing?

Update I am going to do a leak off test as I think it is a couple of bad injectors and so the pressure is to low to initiate a start signal if anyone has any other suggestions I am all ears
