Citroen dispatch/jumpy 2019 gearbox oil replacement

Unread post by Matthew47 »

Hi guys I’m new to this so please forgive me if I’ve posted in the wrong area! Was thinking of changing the gearbox oil in my Citroen dispatch 2019 it’s got 137k mile and is the 2.0L model. Been searching for videos on how to do it but just can’t find any, was wondering if anyone could help?

Hi
Is it a manual gearbox we are talking about or 6spd/8speed auto?

Genereally on Citroën/Peugeot manual 6-spd boxes you drain the oil via a normal drainplug an fill the correct amount through the vent "cap" on the top. Usually air filter or some other gubbins is in the way.
I have various repair handbooks and wiring diagrams for C5 mk1, Xantia, XM, Berlingo and C3 mk1.
I have Lexia/Diagbox (Sweden) and Servicebox/sedre

...and be sure to measure the amount removed and refill with the exact quantity.
