front wipers not working after other repairs

After fitting a new turbo & timing kit on a citroen ds5 engine (rhh) the front are not working but the rear wiper does we would welcome any input into

Sounds like you've accidentally blown the fuse for the wipers while working, did you have the battery disconnected throughout all the works?
