Diagbox error - not found

Hi.

I connected the diagbox to a Citroen car. It found the VIN, I entered the code from the door, and then these errors appeared. What am I doing wrong? What do they mean?

What model and year is your vehicle and what version of Diagbox are you using?

This means that whatever vehicle is connect is not recognised or the database is too old so does not have the software for your vehicle.

Going by the pictures its either a mk 1 or 2 C5 so should be fine with Lexia. On Lexia it should only really need the RP number anyway.

So a MK I Facelift or MK II depending on how you want to define it, but DB V9.** far later than needed for this vehicle. So my next question would be what operating system are you running on the laptop that is running Diagbox? What Windows version and whether it is a 32 or 64bit version of the OS?
