What are the correct size front discs, mines the 2.0 HDI no esp, my search putting in reg number comes up with two types, I thought reg would give correct ones, and I don’t want to start work and they are wrong. I’m thinking it’s the 266 ones but want to find out from anyone who knows 100%

Noticed yesterday that my nearside front fog light was out.
Squeezed the car into my garage and stripped off the front part of the undertray for assess. Eventually managed to get my arm in and pull the H11 bulb. Nipped up to Halfords in SWIMBO's Clio, and bought a new one.
Fitted the bulb into the holder and tried it before going any further....

Does anyone know how to detach the right-hand glovebox hinge? I've taken the hinge-pin out but can't see how to disengage the hinge from the damper. All this just to change the pollen filter which, to judge from the crumpled mess that I've taken out, has never been replaced properly despite all the service stamps in the book! Any help...

My jet ram is getting stuck and not retracting.
Do you know if I need to remove the bumper to get at it ? And possibly, what mechanism it uses to pull back in.
I'm hoping that after replacing the rear suspension bearings and doing the timing belt myself, sorting the washer won't be a deal breaker.

Well yesterday my X7 just rolled over 100,000 miles & has given me a surprise steering fluid leak.
I removed the big grommet in the foot well & although the pinion shaft is very badly rusted it is completely dry.

My problems are
#1 I’m getting an intermittent power loss like the turbo isn’t functioning correctly 80% of the time.

Hi, my coolant is over-pressurising and escapes at the filler cap (tried new cap).

Can this be caused by an air lock (bled the bleed screw) or does it indicate head gasket failure? (Don't coolant/combustion leaks usually push coolant into the chamber and out the exhaust rather than the reverse?

2003 Relay van 2.2hdi turbo.

Came out today, absolutely nothing when I turned the key. Tried a jump start, no luck. Put trickle charger on it and it showed 4.7V. I assume battery is goosed, hoping thats all. Advice please.
