Dispatch 1.6 hdi fuse box

Hi folks exhausted a lot of avenues trying to fix van issue with no luck.

Van is limp mode and cutting out on idle, I have a noise from drivers side fuse which has only just appeared recently to so wondering if anyone has had similar issues, fuse box sounds like it’s shorting out like buzzing, van drives terrible and throws up loads of codes but when they are reset the ones that first show are poor ground to additive pump and poor ground to fuel pressure reg. all have been checked and all earths been cleaned on body. Just wanted to now if fuse box is most likely the issue and if anyone has experienced similar things before I fork out for new fuse box! Van is a 2013.
