Hi, and welcome to the forum.

As there were several engines fitted to the Relay, could you post your VIN (which will appear masked, except to forum staff) so we can exactly identify engine and oil cooler?
Thanks.

Do wait until Forum staff have properly identified your vehicle. It is not unknown for parts to LOOK like they will fit and work, only (because of subtle differences) for nothing to happen when they are fitted.

Citroen only list the complete filter/cooler lump, as you say, so no part number available for the cooler only.

The one you list (Nissens 90752) looks to be the one.
The ebay price is very low. Mister Auto have it for approx £90/€90.
Nissens is a respected brand, so if the genuine item, your price looks good.

Full model description for your vehicle is
Relay III Van, Short wheelbase, H1 Type 12, 2.2HDi 110, Puma C, manual gearbox 6.
That's quite a mouthful, but it may help check an aftermarket part.

Oil in coolant is usually either this oil-water heat exchanger perforating internally, which allows high-pressure engine oil to enter the lower pressure coolant circuit. Clue is undue pressure building up in the cooling system, with oil eventually being forced out of the coolant pressure cap. Dip the contents of the expansion tank with some rolled up paper towel to extract a sample. The oil will float on the surface of the coolant, and be engine-black.

Other source of same is head gasket failure, with engine oil escaping from across the HG into an adjacent waterway. More difficult to identify, but look for tell-tale signs of oil seepage from one corner of the HG, where an oil-way O-ring usually sits as part of the HG.
