2011 C4 GP scuttle drain location?

Could one of you kind folk please tell me where the scuttle drains on the C4 GP are? One of mine is clearly blocked, I can hear water sloshing about after heavy rain when I set off, and then as I go round the uphill left hand bend near here it all pours out of the unblocked one and leaves a trail behind me.

Don't forget that (once somebody lets you know where the drains are) the plumbers snake is in the C5.

Pop the wing liner out behind the wheel and reach up behind and you will feel a short square tube with a flap on the end, it just pulls out of the body. And about a gallon of cold murky water is now running down your arm
