TomTom Traffic does not work

Unread post by Rico16 »

Hello everyone,

Is there a way, and in what manner, to activate the following items in Arduino or in the Psa Arduino NAC.exe tool? I performed a wave2 to wave4 swap; everything works fine, except I don't have TomTom Traffic. I have a subscription with Stellantis and I have my privacy and location set to shared. This is because the risk zones remain grayed out and cannot be selected. I have a DiagBox, but I can only identify this issue there, and I also have an Arduino with a CAN bus shield. With the latter, I could make adjustments. However, I have already gone through the entire Psa Arduino NAC.exe tool from Vlud, but I cannot find these adjustments there. If anyone has a tip, I would appreciate hearing it.

You may find a clue in this thread: viewtopic.php?p=866301#p866301 :)

Hello mickthemaverick,

Thank you very much for your reply. However, I have already performed these steps. Which is a good solution, by the way. I have since installed the latest update for the infotainment and the latest version of maps. However, my problem is that the risk zones remain greyed out, and because of this, my TomTom Traffic does not activate. So, I am actually looking for a way to get these risk zones checked in the second photo.
