Peugeot Boxer 2024 no map updates

Hello, my Boxer has been yo the dealer 14x in 1,5 years.

The connected box needed a update was the message on the display.
They say it is solved , but the app does not know the position of the van etc

Maps have never been updated, should go OTA.

Maybe someone can check the vin if connected services are pressent and should work?

Unfortunately Stellantis have removed our access to the Vin database so we cannot help. However there are members with their own access and you may get some help from one of them. Good Luck
