2017 DS5 radio issues

Hello, ok this is driving me insane, I have a 2017 DS5 1.6 Diesel auto. The problem i have, the radio has stopped working, no sound, no station selection. That's just the start, the unit loads up, no radio mind you, as i drive it switches off, then reboots, I get a tone but the same result. The unit will do this for 30 mins and then a blue screen comes up. I can then.switch the car off remove the key? Lock the car and the blue screen remains foe best part of 45 minutes. It then goes black. I can then turn the car back on and we follow the same, over and over. Can somebody please advise the simplest way to sort it, I downloaded the update from the DS website, but the unit said the software is corrupt. Argh!!! What can I do. Appreciate any advice. Possibly the radio needs replacing. Our 308 touchscreen stopped working, just giving the Peugeot logo and that needed a new radio to fix it.
