SMEG HEAD UNIT SOFTWARE UPDATE

I've got a 2013 Peugeot 208 and the screen stays blank and no audio comes out of the speakers, the only way to fix the issue SOMETIMES is to take the 20A hello fuse out the fuse box for a couple of minutes and then reinsert it and wait 2 minutes before starting the engine only then will the head unit come back on and I've got my radio and music back etc I need the latest software to update it.

Please help!!!!!

What version firmware is currently fitted?

I believe it's 3.10 I can't fully check as the unit refuses to actually give me a screen at the moment sometimes it does come on but 9 times out of 10 it doesn't, really annoying thing.

Do you have a download link for the software version ?

Be aware that you may have a hardware fault and trying to update the firmware might not help. In fact it may make things worse. Use at your own risk.
