Engine light came on this morning car still drives fine , a tiny tiny lose in acceleration but that's it , idles fine , I'm thinking Mass Air Flow Meter ????

I'm thinking of selling my Xantia, however I am worried in case I would be making a mistake. I don't want to be selling a potential future classic!
My thinking is that even if the Xantia is a future classic it will only be a couple of more desirable models like activa and vsx.......not my car - which is a standard entry level year 2000 Xantia hdi...

Hi, can anyone help solve my c5's low mpg problem please.

My 2004 C5 2.0 HDI 110 bhp mpg has suddenly dropped. I've checked with Lexia, no are faults shown.
The best I can get at the moment is around 36 mpg driving at 55 mph on a virtually empty road.
Any ideas on what could be cause this?

Just read this post from Moizeau.......Stick you VIN up, it's masked to all but the Holy Ones. There are many engines in Relays and correct info can be given with specific details.
