Newbie here.My C4 GP 2016 inside the glovebox at the top is a gap that looks like it should have a cover over it.Possibly an access hatch.It blows hot air into the glove box , should it have a cover vented or otherwise?

Hi, seems a light should go there from what I can make out?
Is this one the same as yours?

Makes more sense than a vent. Most gloveboxes have cold air ducted into them these days.

No, on some models they have an air conditioned glove box. It's to keep drinks and things cool. It should have a cover that allows it to be closed or opened. The glovebox light (if fitted) is a separate unit.
It's about £5-6 so won't break the bank - just order one from your Citroen dealer.
