I have drained the transmission and coolant from the car (2008 Peugeot 407 2.0hdi) and removed the heat exchanger from the front of the transmission. I expect at least I will need to replace that and seals?

Hi,I have a RCZ 2.0 HDI fault codes indicating blocked EGR and or DPF.
When squirting egr cleaner in intake,noticed left hand boost pipe collapsing and twisting.
Question is if EGR or DPF blocked,would it cause that to happen,or more likely the collapsing hose under boost pressure causing the problems.
