Hi all , My first post.

just got a Rifter allure 1.5 blue 100 ,20 plate , 3 days ago , low mileage , great runner. No really detailed handbook so I'm slightly lost as to what it has fitted.

It has lane assist, I think it recognises speed limit signs so I assume it has a camera but can I access the camera as a dash cam ?. Can I view the videos...

For those interested, PSA have released European Map version 22 for Wave 2 systems today. So it should be available on your App or the direct download is here:

Click the link and choose to Save Link as . It's 9.2 Gb compressed :yikes:

I'm scouring the internet but can't seem to find anyone getting around this one yet.

So I have a Rifter 2022 with Nac wave 2 (at least I think I do from the forums I've seen up so far - 3d nav sat and Android/Apple) and am annoyed by the fact that it has only one USB port capable of Android/Apple connection while the other is only for charging....

Hi,
I own a DS3 crossback 69 plate.
I often (not always) have problem connecting CarPlay. Sometimes, when the lead is connected to the phone the car doesn’t link to CarPlay but only to ‘iPod’ instead.
Does anyone have this problem? or any tips on how to make it work properly every time I link the phone?

Thanks

Hi,
I own a DS3 crossback 69plate and the sat nav needs updating. The DS garage quoted me £144 to update it!!
Is it easy to do myself?
Thanks 😊

I have 2018 DS3 and I'm unable to connect my Samsung S22 to the mirrorlink in the setting. Anyone know why

I must admit that I am quite frustrated with the App and the software/firmware update method.
We own a DS3 Crossback E-Tense since 2020 and it has been a real challenge to perform updates.
I believe to have taken all the necessary requirements:

*Dowload on your PC first
*Make sure the USB stick is of 32GB and formatted in FAT32
*The naming of the...

My wife has a 2019 Citroen C3. The Android Auto sat nav has stopped working. The Samsung phone says ‘Can’t connect to car screen’ and the car screen says ‘Navigation System Absent’. I’ve switched the phone on and off and also changed the cable but it made no difference. Any ideas what could be wrong please?

Hi,

I have a 2016 DS5 (LHD - I Live in Spain). Vin: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

When I turn on the car most of the time the audio system does not omit any sound, on all modules (Nav, Radio, Apple Play), then on a few occasions it works perfectly. The screen always works perfectly. The car has the Denon sound system.

I was contemplating doing a BSI...

Hey guys, I have just got a C3 from 2017 and was very excited to try Android Auto with it, hower the option is somehow missing in my NAC unit...

There is an option for CarPlay and Mirrorlink (which is a legacy option for Android and does not work any more) - but no Android Auto for some reason (photo attached)

I'm still excitedly browsing the user manual for the Connected NAV system in my DS5 (not collected yet).

The manual (DS5 Connect Nav manual p13) mentions the following options...

TMC Traffic data - I understand this, had it on a previous car. It uses data broadcast on an FM radio station to send the data.
or TomTom traffic data - I understand...

Hi Everyone,

I’ve just got myself a late 2018 DS3 and so far I absolutely love it! I was wondering if anyone had had any issues with CarPlay at all ?

The system works with Bluetooth but the CarPlay app says to plug in a CarPlay device which my iPhone 13 is 😂

Also the MyDS app isn’t giving any stats when I have allowed it to access the services...

The Touchscreen is the basic version (has no sat nav etc) ..i want to add the satnav feature or add an android system so it will allow me to use a satnav program along with other apps etc.

Is there any such mod/device available for my car? Ive had a look and came across...

Hi, please can someone give me some advise on the sat nav. It's a c4 grand picasso on a 2017 reg.
The sat nav is showing the car in a total different area, so.making the sat nav no good, it's been to citroen main dealers which have said there is a internal fault in NAC W2 audio navigation. It needs replacing in their eyes at a cost of £934...

We currently have a 63 plate Mk2 C4 Picasso exclusive.

I was in and out of the car last week cleaning so the doors were opened a few times getting in and out and sometimes left opened while I was vacuuming the car. I noticed on the top screen that it had come up economy mode a few times while I was doing this. Took about 30/40 mins or so to...

There is a new map that is available for the Wave 2 NAC for Europe (version 21) - but not officially released by PSA yet, so won't be available via the My Citroen App or the PC App as yet. This often happens whilst they are testing new releases and it can be a month or so later before they do release it publicly via their distribution network.

I have tried to update the software for the latest update using the Citroen update for a C3 2019 Edition:
21.08.87.32_NAC-r1

I downloaded this update and it get's 1/3 of the way on the update screen then brings up the error:

Firmware Update Error.

Remove USB stick

And goes to the blue screen of system has limited functionality when I remove...
