Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help...

The passenger wing mirror on my Citroen DS5 is no longer working. The motor still makes a noise but the mirror won't move. I've moved it manually, but don't want to do that too much and cause more damage.
Does anyone have any idea on how this issue could be fixed, or is this a trip to the garage?...

Hi all,

I am troubleshooting a hydraulic pressure issue on a 2006 Citroën C4 Grand Picasso 1.6 HDi fitted with the 6-speed MCP / EGS6 controlled manual gearbox (CFC300P ECU).

For several months the car has appeared occasionally sluggish with reduced mpg, but no diagnostics warning. First, a hot front wheel evidenced that the hand brake lever on the brake caliper had seized and was binding. Caliper replaced. A few weeks later…seemed sluggish again. This time the other front wheel was hot, evidencing a partially seized...

As my car ownership history has mostly been a pendulum swinging slowly between old/oldish Citroen’s and old/oldish Mercs, I now find that pendulum swinging away from the last Merc and towards some other Citroen. I just really miss the genius of hydro-pneumatic suspension.

Is it ridiculous to consider a late C5 Exclusive as an ordinary daily car,...

Hi all,

I've been having issues with this.

so far replaced NOx sensor, Eolys injector

Had 2 Eolys tanks, and my mechanic hasn't been able to get either of them to communicate. Is this a known issue or is my mechanic likely to be doing something wrong?

TIA

Hi!
I was thinking to install cruise to my C2 that dont have it. Can i just buy the cruise control thing to steering colum and install it? It does need some coding? But is there something more? And does a used one work?

Thanks for tips!

Citroën C4 Cactus 2019 plate

Hi, the front arms have been recently replaced on the car.
I am getting a creaking sound (front) when I drive over a bump.
The garage couldn't find any issues, but sprayed some lubricant on the arms and the sound disappeared. A week later the sound is back worse than ever.

Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

Bonjour,

Je souhaiterais savoir où trouver la fiche technique complète d'une Citroën C3 Aircross hybride dont le numéro de châssis est : VR7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff].

Merci.

When we purchased the vehicle the dash screen had got a malfunction and couldn't see the bottom half of the screen after several attempts with the replacement of it/or something else, the garage got it fixed and then it was a drama to get the bluetooth to work.
When this was sorted we had 2000 miles (well nearly) then a wierd thing started...

Hey guys,

Hi everyone,
I own a Citroen c4 grand semi auto 2011 and I need a diagnostic tool to clear faults and calibrate to the cars computer.
I have seen the Lexia-3 / Diagbox are the go to for this and can be used on my 2009 207 also.
Now question, these connect to a laptop correct? And then do I have to purchase software for the laptop or a laptop...

Hello,

I often use my car as a microcamper for two-week road trips.
I have made custom 3D-printed window ventilation modules to allow for some fresh air at night.
I am currently building a V2 of these ventilation modules with actual fans inside to force some airflow.

Now, as a thought experiment, I was wondering how difficult it would be to use...

Dear fellow Citroën enthusiasts,

I'm looking forward on some advice on rebuilding the Cylinder Head of my Citroen C4 VTS 180 (EW10J4S / RFK engine).

Unfortunately, the timing belt snapped very prematurely, about 40k after a full replacement by myself of belt, water pump, pulleys, and also the full ancilliary belt kit. This resulted in 14 out of...

Morning guys, its been a long time. Lifes ups and downs seem to get in the way these days. Anyways, trusting all is well and nothing to report my end. My 'collection' of non runners are all in a similar state and this seems to be a yearly attempt to at least motivate myself into getting one of them moving which would then have a knock on effect on...

My C5 II had a break in the airbag flex cable of the COM2003 unit. I fixed the airbag cable problem without removing the COM2003 unit and reinstalled it. The airbag issue was resolved, but this time the ESP light came on. The Lexia diagnostic tool showed a fault in the steering angle sensor. I completely removed the COM2003 unit, installed the...

I'm looking for the downpipe that has the CAT welded on the end and then bolts onto the DPF. My car is SUPER RARE and as difficult as a stubborn woman to get parts for. My RPO is 10783, can't believe I typed that, it's a 2006, 4HW DW12TED4 iirc. I saw her yesterday and she was in bits, need to get her back, any help appreciated. :-D :-D

Hi everyone,
I am hoping someone with live Service Box access can help me settle a dispute. Two separate Citroen main dealers have given me completely conflicting information regarding whether my vehicle has an Eolys DPF additive system or not.One dealer insists it only uses AdBlue, while the other says it uses both. I know that...

Hi folks,

After 20 years we're moving away from our beloved C8 and thinking about getting a second hand Berlingo from an official dealership in Germany.

My air conditioning just doesn’t seem to be working well.
It’s never worked since I owned the car, nearly six years now but with the summer we’re having I thought I better get it fixed.

Hello all

Im just after some advice here on my new to me X7 C5 Exclusive with the Hydractive 3+ suspension. When I bought the car I was told that it was all fully functional and working well, sadly this was not the case.

I’m chasing a fault in the windows on my 2017 C4 Grand Picasso
The drivers window works but the other three are dead, the nearside mirror doesn’t fold or adjust either
I suspect a canbus fault, probably in the drivers door loom
Before I get stuck in, does anybody have a wiring distance for this?
Thanks!

Hi guys, I have a Citroen C4 Grand Picasso flair 2017. I bought this car in July this year, everything was working fine until 3 weeks ago. Good evening folks!

My 2017 Citroen C4 Grand Picasso II (1.6 BlueHDi 120hp) started screaming about not being able to see NOx sensor with error codes U029D87 & P220087.
This came up after updating engine ECU firmware through official diagbox (v9.268 newest at the time).
From reading around Google and forums I came to conclusion that NOx sensor is...

Hi all,

Looking for some advice on an unusual ETG6 issue that started immediately after a service today.

I have a 2014 Citroën Grand C4 Picasso, 6-speed ETG6.

I also asked the garage to...

Hello.

Recently purchased a 2008 C5 Exclusive tourer with a host of problems. Fixed everything but the air con is fighting back!
Upon receipt of the car the air con was not working so I had it vacuumed out at a friends garage. We left the car for 2hrs to be safe and the vacuum held perfectly! We pumped in 630gms of gas (£40) and away to go, the...

Hi All, I have a Citroen C5 X7 and I have changed the front left strut (NSF) three times now and it just keeps leaking. They seem to last 3 months and then start to leak. My citroen berlingo 1.6 hdi 2007 was jerking mid ride. I drove for another 100 meters and then it died on me.
I changed the crankshaft sensor and took a look at the fuel filter which was full of fuel, so i guess fuel makes it to the engine?
The car cranks fine, it just wont start for the life of me.
Type of engine: 9HX, 66kw
