I owned 3 CX's, the last one a CX25 DTR Turbo Safari, I covered over 150k miles in and had very few problems with, apart from having to change the head gasket every 15k due to a porous block, it was such an amazing car I put up with that. Otherwise it was ultra reliable, just used to get in it and drive. Rarely let me down once I got to know it....

Car is sitting a little lower on the drivers side so I jack her up to have a look. Front shocks need replaced, new drop links (I can never get them off again). Front pads well worn and a bad mark on the drivers disc so they all need replacing too. I went on mister auto to order some of the parts as they claim to offer free postage if the order is...

A member contacted me today regarding the Peugeot206CC Forum ( with concerns that they are still using the old insecure unencrypted HTTP protocol instead of the HTTPS SSL protocol.

Their site in its current configuration means that any and all data transmitted and received to and from the Peugeot206CC Forum is unencrypted and therefore easily...

I was astounded yesterday when out collecting supplies to come across a pony and trap driving down a B road with two very young, 7-10, year old boys aboard. Does anyone know the actual law regarding this as I cannot accept that that is legal and my searching has not yielded a definitive answer? :?:

Can any of you computer gurus help? When I try to opening emails, particularly FCF ones, if I can click on them within a second or so of them arriving on the screen they open OK, more than a couple of seconds and the screen remains blank but the Google Chrome icon starts flashing and if I click on it sometimes the mail will open, sometimes...

Better fuel economy, definately better performance. However you could argue they're less reliable as failures have cropped up with low and high pressure pumps. The engine itself seems to be just as good.
