French Car Forum

Hi guys,

First post here, but I couldn't find anyone with the same issue, so I decided to create a separate post about it.

I'm driving a lovely 508 Feline 2.0 HDi 180 sedan from 2015 and everything was fine until I decided to partially replace the oil in the EAT 6 automatic transmission. Before that the gearbox was changing gears at very low...

Hi there, does anyone know which diagbox version is required for the C5 Aircross?

Thanks!

Hi everyone,

I’ve been following some posts on this forum and others regarding the Citroen C3. When I first purchased the car it was working completely fine, after about a week the car started showing strange symptoms. It would just randomly cut out during driving, it would cut out a lot more when the car was hot. After a day or two of this, when...

So it looks as though I have found a decent C5 Tourer here in France so I'm having a look around for any workshop manuals in English - most of what I can find is of course in French LOL
It doesn't appear that Haynes ever produced one for the Series 2 so is there anything else available either in print of downloadable?
Also, what is the best...

Hello Folks,

I've had this computer for years that has been working, however I tried to connect to a newer C4 Vactus and was experiencing problems, so attempted to Offline update it. I've now got the error as seen in the picture. Please advise on how I fix this. Thanks

Hello. I have done lots of research on diagnostics kits and was just about to buy Diagbox 7.57 with Lexia 3 when I read the warning posted on this forum by GiveMeABreak.
All I want to do is clear fault codes and understand, as far as possible, what is wrong with my car before going to a garage. Mileage on my 2012 Semi-auto Berlingo is 47000. I...

I have a 2011 Berlingo Multispace with the 1.6 8v DV6C 115 bhp engine.

On Saturday i went to the shop, got back in and turned it on and it threw up its EML and started misfiring. The fault code reader said P0265 - Injector 2 Control. Short-Circuit Between Two Wires

Hi all,

I have sadly bought into a bit of a turkey of a Boxer. Drove fine on the test drive, however airbag light was on. Seller assured me it was just an ABS sensor. It was cheap enough for me to take a gamble, however ive plugged my friends scanner in and the list of codes is...impressive shall we say :rofl2: I think the tackle the problem...

Hi folks
Hit a bit of a snag with the wife's car. Had to disconnect the battery while doing some work on the car last week.
After finishing the work I discovered a problem, which I can only assume is caused by incorrect disconnection of the battery, in turn causing a corruption of the BSI.
The problem is, whenever the car is locked using the fob,...

Have PP2000 on XP which works, and also have Diagbox 8.55 on W7 x86 which works, and even a 9.150 on W7 x86 which works.

Now I have bought a token, as I have to update the car's firmware, and have therefore downloaded Diagbox 9.146 POI from the service box.

I have tried to activate PP2000, 8.55 and 9.150 with service code, without success, and...

Hello,

I would appreciate it if someone could recommend a good repair manual for the Peugeot 3008 2011 1.6HDI DV6. Where are the fuel, oil, and electric diagrams present?

I can donate for it ;)

Hello, I have a 2019 308 diesel with an EAT8 automatic transmission, due to a fault I had to change the gearbox transmission control module (TCM p/n:9831606080) and I can't get the car to recognize it. I have Diagbox 9.91 on Windows 11 64bits but the telecharger or telecoding does not respond as it should.
How can I make it recognize it? Do I need...

Hi all, wondering if anyone can help with a few trouble codes and dash warning light.

Hello.
I bought a new battery to replace the old one in a Citroen Spacetourer (bus, 2019). Had I known before all the hassles, I would have it serviced in a car workshop.
I have already managed to phisically install it thanks to this post:

Now I have to get the Start/Stop back working, so I was considering Givemeabreak's post on 'BSI reset':...

Hi guys, I just headed out to the shops and the windscreen had just cleared then I started hearing a clunking like the fan was getting stuck, it got worse and I could feel it through the steering wheel. I went straight home and checked under the bonnet, no leaks or anything, turned engine on with no heater and everything was fine. I then...

Hello everyone and greatings from Poland.
I'm new in this forum, and I have 3 french cars :)
The reason why I'm here is I can't fix the problem with long engine start time.
From the begining. I bought the car after accident, so I don't know if the problem was before.
Sometimes I can't start the engine in normal procedure, because I need to wait...

Citroen C5 X7 2012 1.6
Just before my MOT I had the engine check light come on. After clearing the check light I drove off with no more problems. After stopping and starting up, the check light came back on.
It didn't feel or sound as if there were any engine problems and it drove fine.
I checked with Diagbox and found three faults: F023, F062...

Hello, I’ve been a background reader but now a first time poster.

As you might have guessed I’ve got an issue with my Grand C4 Picasso Flair 1.6hdi (2018).

Long and short of it is the motorised boot won’t lift or close itself, just get 3 short beeps. I’ve changed the battery in the hope that it was an easy fix but to no avail.

Is there anyone...

Hi all My name is Kenny and I am new to diagnostics. I have a continuing saga with my 1.6HDI 110 Xsara Picasso and its like this. We had a engine fault light come on and it was EGR valve(replaced) then we had a lack of power and the car surging. We had it checked out and it said there were several sensor issues, MAF, crank, fuel regulator, rail...

Hi

Has anybody used Easy Diagnostics website recently, tried accessing but seems blocked.
Thinking of upgrading my Diagbox for a version to cover my 2021 C5 Aircross

Or is there now a better option?

Steve

Hi new to the forum, I have a problem with my 2011 c4 Picasso 1.6hdi. I had the service light come on with the warning of potential clogging of DPF wether it’s just coincidence this seemed to occur after the fuel level had got very low? Anyway I ended up replacing the eolys tank/pump and have been using an Autel diag m/c, when trying to reset...

Good evening, I have a slightly addictive interest in diagnostic tooling for various brands and my latest investment is a Genuine Actia XS and Diagbox software direct from the service box portal. The Actual XS is from a very reputable distributor of diagnostic equipment so no doubts there.
I have installed the software 9.75 and 3 incremental...

Can someone explain the newer versions of diagbox/lexia to me please.

I've had diagbox for quite a few years now, version 7.?? and its been brilliant with the various Citroens over the years, it does up to 2015 (and maybe newer) no problems. but our new van is a 2017 and although I've not tried my version yet I believe I need a newer version....

Hi, this is my first post here as I'm looking to get some advice regarding my power steering issue.

Last week, when turning on the car and driving a little bit, I felt that the steering wheel is much heavier than usual. So took it to mechanic, they couldn't find anything that could be wrong mechanically - They checked on their OBD scanner, and no...

I recently acquired 2015 Citroen Dispatch 1200 L2H1 EN-RISE 2lt HDi and wish to get into the world of self diagnostics. I've made the first step and acquired a Dell Latitude D531 which has a 9 pin serial port (not sure if that's a good thing) which is currently loaded with Win10 Home 32bit. I keep reading about different versions of Diagbox in...

Hi,

I'm 6ft and my wife is 5ft, so swapping over driver in our 2016 Traveler Allure is quite a kerfuffle, especially with the slow electric seats.

I'm an electronics engineer and would like to convert the electric seats to memory seats. Ideally I'd like to piggyback onto the CAN bus to do it if that's possible, failing that I could make some...

Hello can someone tell me how I can test MAF sensor in diagbox and see is it working good?Is it in this section?

I'm gradually making progress with Diagbox on my 308 T9 and have progressed sufficiently to find the fault journal (as opposed to just the fault codes stored under the individual ECU headings).

The journal is apparently full, so my question is simple ---- can it be cleared to start afresh, or does is delete an old entry to make room for a new...

Hi all, I am in need of someone who can remotely repair or remove and re install Diagbox and AUTOCOM on a Lenovo miix320. I am out of my depth here after messing with the set up to alter the user account and connect to wifi to get updates. I think it is a virtual setup and it worked fine when I got it although I only used the Diagbox with it...

Despite having read quite a lot of the many, many posts on Diagbox I'm afraid I remain totally confused.

After a fair bit of investigation and learning fitting a replacement DPF fluid tank to my 2015 308 T9, I am stuck at the last hurdle of getting it fully integrated back into the system.

I am now advised that only Diagbox will achieve this,...
