I don't have knowledge of the Peugeot, but the issue of a loose connection is known with several makes of car.
I doubt the piece of plastic holding the cable to the floor will cause an issue with the air bag light, but an intermittent loose connection in the plug and socket almost certainly will. Check for a good electrical connection within. Look...

We all know and love the 35mm front hub nut - I have a socket for this and have used it on a variety of PSA cars. This weekend I had to look at the rear brakes on the 307 as they were catching when they heated up. Plenty of pad left, just a build up of rust on the edge of the disc catching the caliper when it expanded. On...

Still got my 3/4 drive 36mm socket from my (original) VW Beetle days, you need it for the rear hubs. Can't remember the last time I used it but, rule No 1 NEVER let a tool go, you never know when it may come in. Mind you I think that about most things maybe that's why there's no room in the garage!!!

What a surprise !

HARTWELLS Bath...........Car has the top-end Dealer Extended Warranty....MOT Cover....Recovery etc

Car has a main HP pump failure on Wed last
Car delivered to them 8am, call from recovery agent to tell me.....Thursday late afternoon....I call to check it arrived OK as I had ZERO contact all day from them.

They do not check it...

Yea dont install that on a pc you need! Its the one i used.

There was a S1 with the aux on there for a while for something daft like £34. I would get a nice bluetooth one, get the wheel controls working and have a surround with the flap so you don't have to look at it!

Just viewed this one, bit of corrosion on the crossmember under the radiator unlikely to stand up to an over zealous MOT Tester's tool, but otherwise in good nick bodywork wise. Little hint of a bit of oil drippage, but not much to worry about.

Then I had a look at Honest John for the particular vintage 1997-2002 only listed one...

A C5 with a Pop-Up Gazebo (with sides) to back up into ?....worked a good few times for me +1, warm as well (just take a radio as the car goes into Sleep mode and really DOES NOT like its battery drained) and really easy to pack up quick.

on doing a goooogly search it comes up with NOx Sensor Circuit High Input (Bank 1) ,

there are people on the internet saying the Nox sensor is dealer only at a cost of between £300 and 400 squid,

Change an instrument face Xantia, standard PSA I think.

Open the Pod, you can find guides on the forum, remove the rubber from the trip button, remove the glass with the shroud to gain access to the units.
Two spoons and some tissue, it just leavers off.
Use a a wide thin blade and work slow to remove the clock face, a hair dryer helps to warm...

I want to change the filter on the back of my dials to the outline filter that was fitted to the later S2's so only the outline of the icon lights up rather then the actual square lighting up with a square symbol in it. Not brave enough to do it yet though.

In saying that, I've got the spare dials to tear apart so might be worth a go rather then...

First off, I borrowed a Xantia from Work many moons ago and my sister named it Fifi the f@@@@ing Frog. I liked the name so it stuck. Every Citroen I've had has been christened Fifi and this one is Fifi VII.

Today whilst inspecting some wires and making good, I was tracing a line and noticed that the crash cut-out switch had been bypassed....
I have a spare in the scrapper V6, but before I mess with it, ? what would the reason be for this ? (if the switch is not broken, I do not know how to test it)

In case any of you are into Motorcycle racing - the MotoGP race yesterday from Argentina is *well* worth a watch. Highlights on ITV4 at 10pm tonight (TV and ITV's website).

Such a shame the BBC let it go to BTSport channel. I refuse to pay Sky or VM for the channel as it's the only thing worth watching on there! Ended up watching a bad stream...

I've just made a great fortuitous discovery...

The original Windows 95 disk contained a song as a music demo... It was a song I enjoyed at the time and I got curious (as I do) as to what it was... It has been years since I'd heard it...

Great news...coolant leak on the V6Activa....rats !

Had a quick look and its running down the back of the engine, looked at the matrix outlets, new fittings to new plastic so not there it seems. Sticking my flesh into a hot engine \I found no dampness on the expansion tank, BUT there does look like dampness on the Degassing Tank....new is no...

Santa pod is fantastic. I'm not a fan at all of the muscle car thing. My cousin in the States is still into it despite being nearly 50. He was 19 last time I was there in Mississippi and had a 1971 Chevy Nova with a big block V8, all the chrome, a proper hot-rodders job. 450bhp. Twin pipes that exited under your feet.
