After getting my new car I always want to make it quieter. I've just been out tonight and sound tested it on 2 routes, I hold the phone in my left hand.

1) A drive at a steady 45mph in the centre lane of a 50mph road. Max Esave on. Average 78Db.

So i finally managed to get a diagbox working on the car and I think its the pressure sensor that is causing the P1490 and P1447 codes to come up - note the differential pressure sensor is reading ZERO despite the car running at 1216 RPM at 52 kmh...

Good evening.
I have a 2017 C4 Grand Picasso 120HP Diesel. When I press the accelerator pedal to ~3800 rpm, I get an error for ABS/ESP.
This happens both when driving and standing on place. I checked it with Diagbox and the error is C1391 Engine torque not cleared fault . What could this be about?

So we had a heatwave, no problem, the car can handle it. WRONG!!!! I've written here about my issues with a cheap O2 sensor.

I've since replaced it and the car runs fine, apart from a sometimes lumpy idle and pops and bangs from the exhaust when engine breaking when the engine is cold (LONGFT% is always around 25)

To update the software any more I'd need a newer interface which I don't think will do the earlier XM's.

Been trying to diagnose and fix the incredibly stiff ride of my 2010 C5X7. ALL seven spheres have been replaced by a specialist - system bled and refilled to correct level, etc.

Other symptoms;

Front right rattle diagnosed as suspension arm bush.
Front end doesn't always respond to height commands and is slow to do so when it does.

The fuel pump priming when the ignition is switched on should be the first problem to chase. It is controlled by the ECU, so check that the ECU is sending a pulse to the fuel pump relay.
It is not unknown for the ECU output to fail, but check that the ECU is receiving 12V on all of the pins that it should.

Its sounds to me like the rear axle bushes are worn or even broken.
This is not uncommon.
This easy to check once the vehicle is jacked up it will drop down and swing on the
front mounts.
