If there are same number of teeth and same ratio then the movement should't be shorter on activa. Except if the ram has shorter travel?

A couple of things.
The parts in the die cast case come apart easily, just take a photo before dismantling or keep one motor intact as a pattern to reassemble when cleaned and greased.

Your reference to a plastic cover has me stumped.
The shaft that the magnet sits on and has a worm drive at the end comes out of a circular metal case...

Problem was solved. Although, first replacement BSI which Ive bought didnt work(it was from Peugeot 307 even though serial number was the same like my old BSI, thus hydraulics and remote locking didnt work correctly) , second BSI which was from different series but same model H05-01 worked without issues.

We had this on a 2003 C3 and replacing the wiper motor with another used one fixed it. You could also check its wiring and earth are in good condition, especially where it goes between the tailgate and body.

My Vauxhall Combo, 2019, which is basically the same van, has a permanent B1717 Hinged Rear Door Locking Fault Status and B132F Hinged Rear Doors Lock Fault.

Works perfectly via a key or button, so Im assuming mines either a wiring problem, or a faulty lock mechanism.

Your battery voltage reading is a bit off the norm. With everything switched off you should see 12.7V across a good battery. Regarding your suggestions, I’m unsure if it’s a variable geometry system as it’s a twin turbo setup on the 173 2.2’s, I feel variable vanes would add more to the complexity but it could well be for all I know. One of mine did that, it was when you indicated left I think, it would go on for a bit and the stop until I indicated again. I would suspect that there is a bad earth somewhere in the boot/tailgate area.

If you have a bit of clear fuel line before the filter, are there bubbles in it when you pump it up, just so that you can determine whether it is getting in before or after the the filter.

The noise is what I'd call a ignition knock, not 'fully developed' detonation of the worst type, but just barely there and maybe too weak to be detected by the knock sensor.
