I doubt the piece of plastic holding the cable to the floor will cause an issue with the air bag light, but an intermittent loose connection in the plug and socket almost certainly will. Check for a good electrical connection within. Look...

My daughter in the USA had her Hyundai engine blow so she's replaced it with one of these:

If my own experience is anything to go by I'd say she's made an excellent choice. My 2004 Legacy SEN has most of the features mentioned in the video, just misses the mobile phone orientated stuff. Coming up to 150k on the clock and with the maintenance schedule I keep to everything still works as it did when new!! :-D

Got up this morning hit the on switch for the shower and nowt, dead as a dodo.

Mine didn't show any signs, not stiff just clicked on and off as usual, a dozen times before I gave up, I suspect there was something in there that didn't toggle over then did so long after I'd given up.
Got an electrician here in the village coming this afternoon to replace it. :)

Watched a video about the nissan leaf battery pack being disassembled, and was surprised to see what was actually inside of the 48 sardine can modules, when the youtuber sliced one open with a can opener...literally :-D

I half expected to see a collection of little conventional looking batteries inside the tin but no.....this

Very apt :twisted:

I have a Windows 7 Internet PC on my desk at work. You can guarantee that every time you want to get off quickly on shutting down Windows 7 for the day it'll announce it has a load of updates to install before shutting down.

This afternoon was one such. I wanted to be off punctually...

I can appreciate that Jim but the actual data is not my concern. I have been indoctrinated with the 'need to know' principle all my working life and so that alone guides my actions. Thus the clouds have no need of my data so they will not get it from me!! :wink: :-D

I'm UK born & bred living in France for the last 22 years & I haven't got a clue how the system now works & what year that car is unless I Google it.

I put some of my old tools on Ebay, noted one of them was sold...…...to a guy in Germany, he asked for the postage cost £11.99 Parcel Force drop off at the post office round the corner, simple.
