I can't remember ever getting into the Earls Court or Birmingham NEC motor shows for free Mick.

I used to go as an invitee of somebody or other who had a stand and thus got in FOC. I honestly can't remember ever paying to get into a trade show of any sort. However it does seem to be becoming the norm these days so I simply won't go as a casual observer. If I was actively in a given market for a product on show I might pay then, as it would be for my direct benefit, but not as a curious spectator!!

The trouble is Gibbo you don't have to pay to go the fair!! I am going to visit Farnborough again this month and have the Open University Open Day at the end of the month so I'll give the FCS a miss. I am also going to Drivetribe Live in August with Richard Hammond and I daresay there will be many freebies around !!
