PHP CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619

by xantia_v6 » 21 Oct 2026, 21:49 » in Forum News, Announcements and Issues

First post

The forum was offline for an hour or so while applying the patches for this significant security weakness.

There is a possibility that some forum functions are broken, as I have not been able to do much testing.

Last post

It'll be reet!

Thanks for acting so promptly though reading up about this in more detail I think another patch will be due soon because a company called Chainguard broke an embargo with The PHP Foundation and released the patch 6 hours earlier thus giving hackers access to the patch before a dedicated deadline that had been agreed by TPHPF.

Disruption to Parts Service

As you may be aware, the consolidation of the old PSA to the Stellantis Group systems has resulted in both a merge of data tools and a requirement to migrate PSA accounts to Stellantis Systems.

This has caused some problems for organisations like ours and the Team are currently looking at the best way forward. This...

New Laguna misting up

by AndersDK » 22 Feb 2003, 09:22

First post

Check for water leaks anywhere in the car.
Even cold air (copiuos amount) flowing through the interior should remove normal misting.

I have a new Laguna 1.9 dCi Dynamique, which has been misting up all round since new. This is in spite of running the air-conditioning (which the garage says is working) and having fresh air coming in all the time. It doesn't seem right to need the heated rear screen permanently on!! Any ideas anyone??

Megane misting problem

by tenrub » 20 Jan 2003, 21:33

First post

This could be caused by having the airflow set to recirculate i.e. there is no incoming (fresh) air. Give this a try.

Last post

My friend has a 1998 Megane RT and the windscreen is always misted up. The heater fan, even on full blast, won't clear it and when she wipes the screen, it just mists up again.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Please help!

Hi there folks.
Can anyone advise?
My car has been taking in quite a large amount of water over the last few months. All footwells are soggy, especially the rear ones, which have become very puddled! Several pints worth i think!
Now i'm thinking it could be the sunroof, as i get the odd drip coming through.
Only thing is, i can't get to the...

Clio electric windows

by jambo349 » 12 Jan 2003, 17:57

My driver electric window goes down fine but has started going up really slowly, I've stopped using it today coz i'm scared of it jamming halfway up because i have to park it on the street in a dodgy area. Is this a sign that the motor itself is dying or some lubrication problem? Any feedback would be appreciated before i start taking my door to...

'warning sidelights faulty' - but they're not

by chrismcnaz » 26 Jan 2003, 16:50

First post

I searched for ages for a blown side light and in the end it was a number plate bulb!

Last post

I have a 1996 renault laguna 2.2 rxe. Recently, the on board computer began to tell me that my side lights are faulty, when it does it's system check after starting. However there is nothing wrong with my sidelights. I'm beginning to tear my hair out! None of my local renault dealers can work it out, and it costs me everytime I get someone to take...

Clio Engine

by patriot » 07 Jan 2003, 15:14

First post

From what I have found out from the wifes Renault garage in the past, all Phase 1 Clios are injection. However some are multipoint and others are single point.
Her Clio 1.8 RT is single point and I think a different engine from the 1.8 RSi. Anyone clarify?

Last post

Does anyone know if all models of the Renault Clio Phase 1 had fuel injection? In particular the Fidji limited edition.
thanks,

I've brought and installed a Sportsline kit for the Clio. For the past three months its all been well. However lately a light clunking noise has started at the rear of the car and goes across the width of the car.
A mechanic at my wifes garage thinks the suspension is shot but its brand new and has only covered approx 1000 miles? Could it be...

Renault espace (k) leaking sunroof

by mikegrimmett » 13 Jan 2003, 16:51

First post

My 94 espace did the same thing. I cleaned the rubber sunroof seal with a cloth to get rid of all the s**t that gathers in the seal lip. I then put a SMALL amountof vasoline around the seal- I havent had it leak since!

Last post

For some reason from about 2 months ago every time it rains and i drive off i get blessed with a shower, i am not sure if it is the sunroof leaking as this seems to be the only thing near to where the water drips from, also when it has been raining water seems to sit in the rubber on the side where it drips.

I had a similar prob on my Espace 2000 TXE. Turns out that the connector on the fast idle valve wasn't seated quite fully (Spring clip distorted and crap connector). When I pushed the connector fully home with th engine running, the idle settled to the right speed. Straightened thespring clip and fixed the prob.
Could also be a problem with the...

Renault 25 Sport

by Brian F » 30 Dec 2002, 18:05

My kit car is fitted with a gearbox from a 25 Sport. I don't know what year. There is a spring loaded device which prevents accidental selection of reverse gear. Can anyone help with a part number. Renault dealers seem particulary unhelpful as I don't have a chassis number.
Thanks.
