Does anyone know if all models of the Renault Clio Phase 1 had fuel injection? In particular the Fidji limited edition.

From what I have found out from the wifes Renault garage in the past, all Phase 1 Clios are injection. However some are multipoint and others are single point.
Her Clio 1.8 RT is single point and I think a different engine from the 1.8 RSi. Anyone clarify?

well thanks, but some other guy is telling me that if youhave a manual choke it can't be fuel injection. thought that was a little weird anyone got any ideas?

Sorry I though all Clio's were automatic choke. Didn't think about a manual choke, I'll ask the technicians to see what they say.

yeah cheers, this guy told me that if it has a manaul choke then it doesn';t have a stepper motor. so it doesn't use all the power so it'll be quicker anyway...or so he says.
